That's called "ethical certainty." The let-he-who-has-no-sin-cast-the-first-stone, in many cases, is only an indication of moral cowardice in people with guilty consciences. Moreover, it is quite possible that the story told in the Gospel of John ch. 4 is even more spurious than the rest. No serious moral reasoning should be based on it.

Look at how neat and pretty her apartment was. She had built a good life for herself and it was cut short by cowards. He had the same apartment but it was a dump.
Not really, I don't think Gacy, Dahmer or Bundy were like that. In fact, JWG was furious they eviscerated his house. He didn't want the floors "messed up." They went through them with a substantial saw instead.
even in his tv interview you can hear the disdain in his voice towards her… “whenever i tried to say hi she just didn’t say anything” poor woman’s instinct was telling her that this man was bad news
Denise potentially leaving behind her gym card as a clue made me tear up. My friend's wife, also named Denise, was horribly murdered and intentionally left behind evidence as well, in the form of a ring she owned shoved down in the backseat of his(the killer's)car.
So heart breaking. Isaac Brown had her life in his hands while his buddy was gone and could have turned her loose. He should have got the death penalty too.
I know about that case. Denise was the daughter of a cop and they were tracking the vehicle but unfortunately were too late and miscommunication between jurisdictions made it complicated. Hopefully her family is coping okay and her children are doing well.
I heard of that girl. Denise Amber Lee. 911 really botched that case. Heartbreaking how brave she was and how much she tried to get help but help never came. Such a horrific case. They can’t execute her killer fast enough.
Exactly. The other side of the loser's pancake is: if the woman smiles at him, he immediately concludes she wants to go to bed with him. That's what Caballero would have thought if Denise has paid him any attention.
Isac thinks he's in jail because he made bad choices in who he called friends? No, it's because he helped torture and murder someone. And he only feels sorry for himself.
He still doesn't take any accountability for his own actions. Yes, make good choices when it comes to picking friends. But that has nothing to do with HIS own personal choice to sit there and do nothing while an innocent woman was begging for her life. He was all alone with her, away from his vicious "friends". He easily could have chosen to save her life and let her escape. He chose not to. Why? Out of some weird misplaced sense of loyalty to his friends? He would have been doing them a solid by letting her escape, since the charge for kidnapping and assault is less than the charges for all of the above plus murder.
isac seemed like a go with the flow dummy type of person. weak minded easily manipulated. tbh i dont think he even kxlled her just absolutely couldve prevented it.
> Caballero, sentenced to death, died of cancer in a prison hospital in 2013. > Brown is serving life in prison. > Robert Messer served 5 years. He's out.
@@jcspider7259 Actually Robert Messer went back to prison for a sex crime in 2006 and died in 2012 presumably either of natural causes or maybe a suicide.
💐💐RIP Denise R. O'Neill ( 25 Feb 1967- 13 Jul 1995) (aged 28) you will truly be missed and my prayers go out to you and your family. 💐💐 Luis “Chris” Caballero died of cancer on 9/13/2013, and Anne O’Neill said “I hope he suffered from cancer. I hope he got his just rewards. He was just a monster.” It doesn’t matter to her and her husband, Larry, 75, that Caballero didn’t live long enough to be executed. “I’m just glad he’s dead,” she said. “I cursed him every single day."
it makes me happy to hear that her mom was still okay with him dying even though he didn’t make it to be put to death, i hope that knowing he died from a terrible illness help her and her husband heal a little bit more. i can only hope the other two succumb to equally as terrible or worse deaths
Apartament building owners should do thorough background checks before accepting tenants in their properties. How dangerous was the fact that Denise lived across from that criminal!
They do.. but a majority of the population wouldn't be able to rent a home if misdemeanors prevented a person from renting. It's close to impossible to determine who is full of evil from someone who stole something from Walmart in the past.. it's a shame.
How awful that she obviously knew she wasn't going to live and smartly hid proof she'd been there. What that moment must've been like... poor woman. And how enraging that the killer they interviewed never did say sorry or even *mention* her. It's all "make better choices so you don't get stuck in jail like *me.* " That sure doesn't sound like remorse for *her,* but for himself.
@Lily Bassiri You could be describing what has happened to me. Except the creeps who have been attempting to destroy me are military and other intel operatives.
The problem is that there are some humans who find sense in these crimes. It is why I believe the police and the judiciary have to work with the surviving victims and their network to catch the criminals ASAP.
"Fact." That's pure speculation. Of course she knew death was a possibility at that point, she still may have been able to escape or persuade them not to kill her.
@@encycl07pedia- If someone kidnaps and rapes a known neighbour without any intention/means to hide his identity, she knows what's going to happen next. No speculation needs apply.
There could have been alot of reasons why it was there. I just can't believe that there was 3people involved in this and all of them are garbage and should be treated as such. Discarded.
They do have the Forensic Files II but it's not available for free on here. Obviously since Peter Thomas is dead it has a different narrator. The episodes I've seen are decent but there'll never be another true FF like this version.
To be honest, if I were in such situation, I will silently helped my "friends" getting rid of the body. But I will secretly throw a lot of clues and evidences along the way, and will immediately report it to the police as soon as the friends gone. Hopefully my "friends" won't kill me for being a "traitor rat", and I will only get light sentence. The moment they did something that horrible, they are no longer friends of mine in my books. I hope I will never make friends with such people. I'd rather be friendless forever.
agreed, isac’s stupid little speech at the end made me so mad. the only person who put him in jail is himself & he’s lucky to not be put to death as i think they all should have been. he had every chance to let her go or call the cops while he watched her when louis went to get money, it’s vile that he didn’t let her go knowing what was about to happen to her. hope he & the other two monsters suffer in jail for the rest of their worthless lives
they seem to be really stupid people , low iq type folks, mix that with a killer mentality and there you have a remorseless person who due to his own ignorance cannot value a human life. Death Penalty!
I felt so bad for Denise. This woman had a life she was enjoying and looking forward to being successful and now three young men kill her over money that's heartbreaking
This was a good episode. They had all the elements of a good show. They had plenty of forensic evidence and we didn’t know the killer till close to the end.
I’ve watched this episode a couple different times, and each time I’m blown away when the 911 call is being made and is told that there is a body in the canal beside their house… and the operator responds by saying, “What kind of body?” Really?! 😵💫🥴
Thank you 🙏🏾 so much to all the police and forensic science technician, who took the time to find the evidence to nail, these sick perverse people! I am shocked that her own neighbor plan, what happen to her. Damn it kinda feels like no place is really safe. My condolences 💐 to her mother. I’m so sorry 😞 for your loss.
If he needed money so bad he should have asked her for a loan. Or went to one of those loan businesses. That's what I do when I need money. What do you think Amore?

When I watch the parents of murder victims being interviewed I oftentimes can’t understand how they are able to talk normally, even with little emotion. I understand people grieve differently and all, but I just can’t grasp it. But THIS woman here, I can definitely relate to her anger and emotions-truly! The pain of losing her daughter like that will never fade. I am truly saddened for her and sad that there’s nothing anyone can do to help. May all murderers get their punishment in this life or another!
7:28 "Then investigators noticed something on the local news cast. This man, one of the denise's neighbours, kept turning up in various news stories about her disappearance."
It's amazing how when they interact with something they literally look for any and everything to be a clue.... I wish I paid that much attention to detail
Luis Caballero was removed from this earth in a prison hospital of cancer on Sept 21, 2013. I'm so sorry for Denise's sweet mom and what she had to go thru. I just want to hug her. Sometimes you should list to a parent's instincts as I read that her father had a bad feeling about her moving to Florida. Isaac Brown could have saved her life by untying her and setting her free but he chose to be a coward and did not. He should also have got the death penalty. No deals.
One of several cases profiled on Forensic Files of females that lived alone in an apartment complex. And we're watched, stalked, assaulted, killed by a neighbor predator. Cori Parker,Glenda Furch, Stephanie Bennet....

I hope that accomplice never gets out. Whenever I watch this segment I really get upset with that black guy who could have easily released that beautiful and promising lady. My heart hurts to see her mother cry.
You do realize there was a 3rd accomplice, right? He was white and he could have let that poor girl go as well. But I see what you’re saying, the black guy was left behind with her. Just sick.
@@werringertonney7489 yes. He was left behind to watch the young lady. The other accomplice joined later. I am an African. The truth must be told. I hope he spend the rest of his life in jail.
That's right! Be upset with the Black guy! There were actually two other perpetrators deeply involved who were not Black but could have just as easily released that beautiful and promising lady. But since they are not Black, no reason to get upset with them.
'Butt-tocks' pronunciation by one of the excellent detectives. Same pronunciation by Tom Hanks as "Forrest Gump.' I remember Forrest talking about someone having been shot in the "Butt-tocks." BTW, I also enjoyed the Boston area speaking by Det. Fraser.
They got to make double sure, and not assume. So it's not ridiculous for the operator to have asked what kind of body. Because for all they know it could have been an animal's body.
* Messer spent only 5 years in prison * Brown still remains in prison to date * Caballero died of cancer while waiting on death row after 12 years Denise's mother says "the air is a lot cleaner now he's dead…" and she doesn't care if he died by cancer. All that matters is that he's dead.
Each time l see this clip, l really feel very sad but also angry at these evil deeds. The young lady knew she may probably die painfully so she had to slip her card under the box and wait to die. The fears and anguish she may have been going through before her death is hard to imagine. May she rest in peace.
Yeah it’s sad. I’m just glad for her that Denise made sure those men would be caught given they were stealing her identity. Watching that reenactment the first time made me wish she lived
What kind of parents raise kids that could do this?!! Our society is doomed if we don't start teaching compassion and love for our fellow citizens including animals and people that aren't like us!! Enough greed and narcissism!
Always my question - what raised these things? Time to start forced sterilization 😡 As a single mom of 3 I can proudly say - my kids are and always have been defenders, not perpetrators. So again - what raised these things?
The best justice for criminal like these is to release them to the family of the murdered/deceased and let THEM deal with the beasts. The other two are just as guilty as Luis, because they went along with him ALL the way, even had breakfast afterwards as if they wanted to reward themselves for a job well done. They had plenty of time to get out but they decided not to. Hope they rot in jail. That poor girl must have gone through fear and pain like we can not imagine. In the end, I pray for the mother to have the strength to carry on. Amen.
It's even more dangerous for her when police call his stalking "cute." She's not talking to the police about him because it's adorable. People aren't leery of others for nothing. The Gift of Fear. Gavin DeBecker.
Denise was living a full and happy life when she encountered an evil monster who needed money. His co conspirators are just as guilt of this horrible crime. What denise thought before she died must have been horrific. These murderers got the sentences they deserved. My heart goes out to denises mother. I feel her pain. I lost my youngest daughter to cancer over 20 years ago. The only way i accept my loss is i know god lent brooke to me for a short time and she was a gift from him. Rest in peace denise.
Don’t be bringing journalists or reporters to these shows. They speak like they were there when it happened. Just stop it . Rest In Peace to Denise , I feel bad for her mom
@@alyssafowler9240 No it is NOT. How can you compare a cold blooded, vicious, violent murder of a helpless INNOCENT person to a justifiable execution a GUILTY scumbag. Life sentence is not a better option because keeping someone around who has nothing to loose is just as dangerous in prison as them being out in the streets. I assure you if you just spent one hour in a maximum security prison with the worst offenders, you would want these creatures exterminated just as much. Not to mention the extreme expense to incarcerate one of these animals on a yearly basis and you want them housed for life at our expense. Yeah, that sounds like a great option. Why don't you just have them stay with you since you want them kept alive so bad, sweetheart.
Disgusting that none of them had the morals to put a stop to it. Side note: Anne O’Neill has a detectable Irish accent is this common for Irish descendants in America? Of course she may be of first generation - just an interesting observation.
That poor Irish mother. She seems like a lovely lady. If I knew she had burned them alive, as she said, I'd turn a blind eye and help her cover it up. They deserve even worse than that.
Can you even imagine doing such a horrendous act, then casually going out to enjoy a meal! It’s bad enough for one person to be a psycho but for three to find each other!
What's terrifying is what that one women said, " the police are under pressure to COME UP with a suspect"??? Shouldn't it be "find the actual killer"??!!
Isac Brown is right IF he means it on the message he sent to all those individuals who don’t know or don’t want to make better choices in life. He realized that too late being incarcerated. Very sad that it happened to him having no criminal records whatsoever. My heart goes out to his family knowing that most likely he will stay in prison for the rest of his life. Very sad and tragic indeed.
Luis Caballero died in prison in September 2013 of cancer before he could be executed. Isac Brown is still in prison serving life without parole. Robert Messer's 15 year sentence was cut in half on appeal to 7.5 years in 2000, got out in 2002, but went back to prison in 2006 with a ten year sentence for having sex with an underage teenager but died in prison in December 2012 of undisclosed causes.
Issac Brown has such a deep and impressionable look into his eyes. I truly believe his role in this was being talked into doing something crazy. He was so young hanging around the wrong people. I wonder where his family is. It hurts my heart because his eyes are so pure.
