Hi Everyone this is a highly requested video where i will be sharing a powerful FLASH FACIAL that it's less than 10 minutes that will give you instant results of lifting and depuffing your whole face. This is my go-to tutorial when i need a quick pick me up. I will also show my before & afters video and photos from the instant results from this flash facial.
For this facial i'm using FOREO devices LUNA 3, UFO and BEAR. I will also be giving you lots of tips on how to get the best results from each of this devices.

Love that you share trick and tips using bear. Good to know that I can use bear after using ufo with trace of mask essence left on the face. This trick will save my serum a lot 😆 Anyway can you share how to use bear to remove double chin? I see that you have so many techniques on face. but I want to exercise fat under my chin too. It will be a great help to me if you have tutorial for that. Thanks!

You are so welcome! Yes and water based serums also work well with the UFO LED lights or any handheld LED lights beauty devices because it allows the light to penetrate well in the skin. Oils create a barrier so definitely water based serums and gels all the way! xoxo

I'm a foreo fan - I have luna 3 and ufo 2 and I can honestly say that it was the best investment ever. The way that you give detailed explanation is great and I would like to know - have you ever had any irritations? I would like to buy the one for sensitive skin for my sister and I could use feedback. Thanks

Hi Hayda You're welcome :) Me too I'm a FOREO fan and I literally have all of their devices. My son even used the FOREO Toothbrush when he was younger. I have very sensitive skin but honestly I had no problem with the any of the regular previous version of the LUNA. I had the first LUNA that was released a long time ago and It never gave me any irritation. I do love the LUNA 3 sensitive skin because it's very gentle and I also find that the smaller softer bristles really clean my pores well. So If your sister have sensitive skin it could be a good match to get her the LUNA for sensitive skin but honestly any of the LUNA version worked well for me as well. I even have the LUNA fofo which is a smaller version of the LUNA and i took it many times for traveling but I do prefer the sensitive skin one. Let me know if you have any other questions.

I am so delighted that you have put this video together and also that you are doing it in partnership with Foreo because you have many wonderful videos already with the Foreo products and I am glad that they recognise that. x . May I ask please - are you using the UFO without the app? - if so could you please tell me how you did that for this particular video e.g. what settings did you put it to and how do I get it to do THAT particular one without the app myself - e.g. do I have to press the buttons a number of times???. Also I too have lots of Foreo masks for the UFO. I did not know that I could use the Bear using the gel from the masks. I am confused tho as I have a Foreo Coconut oil mask - I thought that you could not use oil products? Can you let me know if this Coconut oil one is ok to use with the Bear - or are all the Foreo masks compatible with the Bear?. Thank you so much. I really appreciate it. I’ve been using FOREO devices for some many years and I still use them. They are for sure one of my favorite devices to use. There are a couple of ways to use the UFO without the APP 1- You can press the main button. Press ONCE To turn UFO on and every time you press the main button again it will give you a preset program. Because also comes with some presets already pre programed. You can also select these within the APP but you can also just press the main button to access these presets. 2- You can also use it without the APP with any custom setting but for this option you have to go in the APP and select the settings and once you turn the APP off it will remember the last settings. 3- you can scan their masks in the APP and it will create a custom setting for each mask. BUT you can also use these with any of your serums and you can use them without the APP but just turning it on since it will always remember the last setting. Hope this was easy to understand. That is such a great question. I will probably make another video about it to make it more clear. But it’s great that you can use it so many different ways and still get great results. The setting i’m using for this video is the setting for their GREEN TEA mask. To use that setting you can scan the mask in the APP and when you turn off it will remember that setting. But for that you need the GREEN TEA mask. BUT you can also customize in the APP to have all the same settings from the GREEN TEA mask manually. I will probably do a review of all their masks and I will talk about each setting and how to customize in the a future video. You can use the leftovers of most of the UFO mask with the BEAR since most of their masks are water based, but the only one that I would not use with the BEAR is the Coconut oil one since that one has a larger amount of oils. But I have used all the other UFO masks with my BEAR to save time and also to use up the left over serum and their work great. So happy to hear you enjoy my FOREO videos. Love your videos. Can you address how to deal with marionette lines w/Bear because I don't want to accidentally strengthen the muscles which pull the lips down.

Hi As far as marionette lines I find that when I do movements for the cheek muscles it does help to lift my marionette lines and at 46 years old I find that I have less marionette lines than I did at 26. I would like to ask you about the bear. I have the Nuface not the mini. Since they are both microcurrent are they the same? Also I have a newa which nearly kills my arms to use but have seen results. But I’m wondering if the UFO would be better. Thoughts? I know you can’t make decisions for what I need but just general info for what has worked for you and which ones you might like better or ranking system. Love your videos and have learned a lot. Oi Linda Iva :) Serio? Na verdade todos os aparelhos de microcorrentes podem dar um pouco de sensibilidade se a pessoa tem aparelho ou implantes. Mas isso se aplica a todos os aparelhos de microcorrentes e nao exclusivo ao BEAR. Eu sempre sujiro que se a pessoa tem implantes ou aparelho nos dentes pode tambem por algodao na area ou a lingua para proteger de sentir qualquer sensaçao. Na verdade o Mojia é mais forte que o BEAR entao se voce tem implantes e pode usar o Mojia voce pode usar o BEAR normalmente mesmo sem usar com mascara. A differenca do Bear e do Mojia é que o Mojia usa apenas microcorrente e tem uma corrente mais forte. Porem o Bear usa microcorrente e tambem Tsonic pulsations e honestamente eu sinto que tendo essas duas modalidades juntas no BEAR me dá muito bom resultados com o BEAR porque as pulsacoes tsonic relaxam o musculo e ajuda a dar uma lift melhor. O BEAR tambem inclui um anti-shock entao nao se sente as sensacoes de shock que o Mojia as vezes da. ja que voce ja term o BEAR usa amiga e me avisa se tiver qualquer outra duvida. Oi Lis. Obrigada. Feliz de ter voce aqui e saber que gosta do meu canal :) Sim é possivel usar o UFO com seruns, skincare e outras mascaras que nao sejam da Foreo. So tem que prestar atencao nos ingredients para ser a base de agua se quiser ter os beneficios de LED lights pois Led lights nao funciona bem com oleos por isso melhor usar a base de agua. So olhar na lista de ingredients e ver se nao tem Oleos. Mas se quiser usar o UFO com cremes que tenham oleos pode tambem e vai ajudar com a melhor absorçao dos ingredients mas so nao vai ter os beneficion das Luzes mas pode usar sim. Vou ver se faço um video explicando melhor isso. mas me avisa se tiver alguma duvida. Beijos

Hi are you using enough conductivity gel? also make sure the gel doesn't dry out by spraying with water so the gel revives because if there is no conductivity than it can give some shock sensations and that is with any microcurrent devices. Another thing to make sure is to take out all your metal jewelry when doing microcurrent because metal also conducts. Also make sure to not have it on too high of a setting because if it's too high it can cause face twitching that could feel like shock but it's just that the current it's too strong. Also if you have any dental work with metal or braces it can cause sensations when using microcurrent. Thank you so much :) So happy to hear you enjoy my videos! I use Water to clean the UFO2 and I also use a Q-tip to get any extra residues that does not come out with water. I will probably do a UFO2 hacks and tips video soon and I will show how i clean it. But it's pretty simple. I only use water and a Q-tip ;) let me know if you have any other questions. Always feel free to ask any questions. i will actually have a dedicated video giving lots of tips on the UFO and BEAR so also keep an eye for a future video on this soon. But to answer your questions. Yes you can use the UFO with your skincare. To take advantage of the LED lights it's best to use it with skincare that is water based and free of oils since LED lights won't penetrate well with oils or heavy creams. However you can use the UFO with most regular creams to better absorb the ingredients as well but it won't take advantage of the LED lights since you need water based skincare free of oils for LED lights to work well but you will still take advantage of extra absorption with the UFo sonic vibrations and warm and cold therapy. Yes you can HOWEVER make sure to choose a aloe vera gel with no alcohol, no fragrance, dyes and clean ingredients because microcurrent pushes ingredients deeper into the skin so depending on the Aloe vera gel you use you can get irritation from it since some of the aloe vera gel ingredients are not meant to be pushed deeper into the skin. So try to find a clean ingredient Aloe vera gel.

Nao. As razoes de sentir choque podem ser: 1- que esteje com a intensidade muito alta. O musculo tem que aos poucos acustumar com a corrente entao melhor começar com pouca intensidade e aumentar aos poucos. 2- Nao ter gel suficiente na pele. 3- estar usando joias. Tenha certeza de retirar brincos ou qualquer joia com metal pois pode causar sensacoes ja que metal é condutor de electricidade 4- Voce tem aparelho no dente ou algum metal no dente? Se tiver pode tambem causar sensacoes. entao pode tentar por a lingua na area do metal quando por o Bear por cima. Me avisa se estas sugestoes ajudaram. I feel like this device does shock a bit? Or maybe I’m sensitive to the current. When I have any kind of blemish it definitely stings. How do I avoid that? I do have acne prone skin so I feel like I can’t get results because I have to take a break when I start to break out.

Hi what you feel could be the current bouncing of the face because there is not enough conductivity. The BEAR does have a anti shock feature but you need to have enough conductivity to prevent the current form bouncing of the face. If there is no conductivity you won't see any results since it prevents the current from getting deep in the muscle. In order to have conductivity you need to have enough serum, gel or water in the skin. Microcurrent needs water to penetrate into the skin. I have a whole video explaining and giving tips on how to achieve the best conductivity. Make sure to watch the video for a visual explanations. But basically make sure you have enough serum, gel that is water based and spray with water often so your skin is always wet and the device can slide and also have conductivity. Microcurrent can actually helps heal acne and prevent breakouts. I also have acne prone skin and whenever i'm consistent with my microcurrent i notice my skin does not break out. Also if you have current acne it will help heal it . HOWEVER the skin does feel more sensitive when you have acne so it will be less comfortable to use microcurrent during breakouts. Make sure to have enough conductivity and avoid the areas with any open wounds from the acne, but regular use of microcurrent will actually help heal and prevent breakouts. So try using it consistently and make sure to have enough conductivity and you should feel less shock and also have less acne in the long term. let me know if you have any other questions. xoxo

If you are feeling shocks that means you may not have enough conductivity on the skin and the electricity is bouncing off. I have a video explaining better how to get conductivity and how to get the best results from any microcurrent device. Hey I’m new here, and I was wondering which Foreo to buy in terms of normal, sensitive or mix skin. I bought Luna normal but I see a lot of people using the sensitive and I feel a little sensitive skin after use two the luna normal skin. How to choose it? I have what I think is normal skin, I’m also new with skin care 😂🫣
