Hey to both! Yes they have said this, just my skincare knowledge I am cautious using heat with products especially vitamin c but I use the ufo with plenty of things for the LED, make the most of it! And also the serum, use any which is conductive and it’ll work great!

For watching and sharing some love, I honestly change my routine too often, and I've gotten used to just going through chapters with my skin and amending the routine to react to them, for example this month is dry and breakout prone so I change up the whole skincare regime for that, I can see only a small thumbnail profile photo but I see GLOW! Thanks so much! Reading this is what makes it worth while taking time to make these❤ so I'd say if you are looking for boosting collagen use red, for brightening and boosting brightness you want blue and green, perfect for under the eye! Orange is great for reducing redness or if you've got a reaction it's great to calm it down, but I'd focus on the other light therapies as these will be more conducive with your goals, also using it manually whilst the pads are still wet with mask essence use it for SO MUCH LONGER, I literally use mine for 3 to 5 minutes If I can! The more LED the better whilst you are treating it:)

Maybe you could buy some small empty travel cosmetic jars and save it that way? That's how I manage my sample sachets of serums and creams. 😉

Hey! So this is such a good question, to be honest I’ve never done that or saved it, I always just use that serum on dry areas like neck, chest or arms haha! I guess if you use a clamp and keep it airtight I don’t see that as an issue at all but then I wouldn’t keep the mask with it. As this will have absorbed and captured some dirt, skin cells or bacteria whilst treating the skin, And Alex thanks for jumping in and helping suggest love my viewers ❤️😍

I’ll take a look again into my first gen UFO but to my understanding you still can mix the colours but just less options, if I notice this to be massively different I can consider making a video for sure, I’d honestly say though that the UFO is that good I’d still go for that one currently, make the most of the price etc :)

Hello Lena, and happy holidays to you too! I still have my tree up so it feels like it still haha. Thankyou for watching and taking the time to comment, I actually thought the same thing when I found out it had a disk over it, but the perforated holes on it allows for it to all come out, especially when you apply the pressure (which is the best thing about this mask and the the cover). If you want to check, after the treatment take it apart and look. My top tip is for any excess serum in the packet left over, use it on the UFO plate (with no mask covering it) and go into the settings to activate cryotherapy ONLY, so it won't feel too warm and be cooling and anti-inflammatory to conclude the facial, I would do this step until everything is absorbed:)

Hello:) Thanks for watching and sharing the love, ok so no to the heat question, you can just select "Heat, Cool or off" etc. You should be able to change the pulsations level to higher amounts, I know they have updated the app recently so it's all changed, let me know if its working now for you? hope so:D

Hey Helen, thanks for watching and sharing some love! I agree, do it until you have no serum left! make every penny count! These are safe to use daily, it usually just depends if your routine can fit it in, or how much you want to spend on masks? I would also update my advice (which will be a video soon) that I say no to using the device with no mask on because most use it with heat and take this as a hall pass to go ahead with any setting, personally I'd only recommend using it with no mask if its on the cooling or no heat setting...and in this case, you could use this daily to infuse any serum or cream you have at home. So dial up the usage if you want to:D

Hey! Thanks for watching and as long as you active the cooling mode on the settings using the app, you can control it to stay just on that setting (with whichever light therapy you've decided etc) and then apply the drops directly on the plate then dot all over and massage in, its a great way to use it without the mask but safely and without the heat (hence when my advice comes off a little strong when people ask about using it without masks etc)

Hey! I'd always use that with a Mask and do this on the 2nd go, so scan it first then when it says repeat treatment go off and venture into manual and tailor, never use it without a mask its dangerous! What works best for you, do! ❤👽

Ok so this calls for more personal tips from myself as I’d recommend only to use this with your own products with cryotherapy as I’ve personally done, otherwise the masks are great and fine for most sensitive skin from my experience, also I use the app only every so often, you can use it manually after the first time but the app is great to select the cryotherapy etc There’s a lot of offers on this currently too, think I’ve some linked to Amazon which should be up to date Hope this helps and thanks for watching ❤️

Hey! Its something I'm personally passionate about making sure its safe to use, so my POV to this day is dint use it with the heat with other products but with the cryotherapy...totally! Using that with your chosen light therapy is awesome. I just don't agree anyone should recommend using high heat with serums when things like vitamin C become less stable and ineffective under different conditions etc Hope this helps, my views are just my own from experience and my studies within the salon industry ❤

So does it still work, their masks have fragrance, and i find it really annoying that you are not meant to use it with other masks! In australia their masks are 27 dollars each! So not sure if its worth it

The silicone ring is the silicone pad that comes with it, I just took it apart to keep the silicone cover with perforations in it. Let me know if need any more advice

Hey! I'd say you could apply it before as long as it's got nothing blocking in the ingredients list, you want all the mask serum to get into the skin! If not just apply after ❤👽

@@StillInLuck This is always my concern. What kinds of ingredients should I look for in preliminary serums that might block absorption of the UFO mask? (For example I would normally use (1)Tata Harper Concentrated Brightening Essence Booster, plus (2) a low molecular weight HA serum like NIOD’s Multi-Molecular Hyaluronic Complex or Indeed’s Hydraluron. And (3) a vit c serum like OleHenriksen Truth Serum. Any ingredients in those particular products for example that would block UFO mask absorption? And yet ANOTHER question, LOL, I’ve been recently hearing from my aestheticians that layering certain serums/products is bad, like a vitamin C serum with, say, one containing Niaciminide (e.g. I currently use The Ordinary’s Niacinamide 10% + Zinc 1% post-serums but pre-moisturizer). I’ve never personally had a “bad” reaction to this combination, but I’m wondering what your views are here? And thank you SO MUCH for the hack with the silicone piece in the Caviar masks. Whoo!

You can use any, whatever you've at home to use up, just use it with cryotherapy so there's no danger of changing the formula

Veerle Van Mol so I don’t know about all sites, but I know when I go to the foreo site they have it as the “choose color option.” One “color” choice is the 5+5 and the other is the 1+1

Ok so firstly I think only on the Foreo.com site it sells it or Harrods, thankyou Briana for the help on this too! Love my viewers! Also the shimmer freak. Sure! I’ll keep this in mind when I’m planning content, and it’s comfy I just focus more on the under eye cheek bones and brow bone, and feels great! Hope this helps :)

This is such a good idea and never thought of it, tbh and personally I think it would help absorb some of the heat and make it less intense so I think that's a great idea...but honestly and again personally I don't use the heat function if its not with a mask so I'd do the same trick you suggested but with the cryo or just no temp control on at all and just use the LED for AGES!!!! hope this helps and thanks for watching and a geeky question, love this!

@@StillInLuck right bit hard but...when I tried connecting to app it gave me a serial number as in it recognise my Foreo ufo 2 and had a serial number below...when I tried to add date of purchase and where I got it the site crashed,the serial number on the actual case isn't the serial number it's more a stock number so image up on app went to actual Foreo site on desktop...then manually put in the serial number it showed on the app...voila! Worked then went in app again and soon as I logged in there it was xxx

I'd say if its active jngtiednets etc not stuff like silicones or artifical products, but you could totally use other masks but I'd rather recommend to do that with cool setting only as an absorption and massage technique, hope this helps?
