Neighborhood like this should organize themselves especially landlords to interlock the estate. It will add value to the properties.

I lived and schooled at Akpaka Forest Primary school. when Akpaka was still forest. I visit here each time I travelled to the East. wow

I keep coming back to this video....because a lot can still be done in this area by the government and individuals alike from government fixing the roads and providing special waste bin for residence to individuals building private hospitals and clinics for residence and whatever could be lacking within the vicinity

Block and cement houses. They need to be repainted every 5 years to be presentable. Either that or they look like Hiroshima and Nagasaki after the the atomic detonation.
