Yeah, I can’t even finish the interview. The intro was awful . This is a Legend . I can’t even allow myself to get to the disrespectful questions about his eye. Forest Whitaker has been in so many great movies and he is beyond unproblematic. Do better Breakfast Club.

Last King of Scotland is my favorite Whitaker film, but Charlie "Bird" Parker and The Crying Game were also incredible performances. Ghost Dog, too. I also think Ghost Dog was seriously underrated, or maybe just not enough people saw it, because everyone I spoke to who'd seen it loved it, and most critics did, too, if I remember correctly. If you haven't seen it, definitely worth checking out. RZA does the music, and it works really well with the film.
