"Mama" in Korean is the equivalent to "Your Majesty" meaning the Queen in the song. They are begging her to save them from the horrors of the nobility.
Most reactors just cover or blur the performance video to get out from under the strikes. Their singing, not the performance, is what fascinates most of us. Please! Give us your reaction of "De La Luna" (my personal favorite).
Love this cover! The strength and rhythm. Good, informative review. There are many other songs, including some of my favourites, where other members open the piece. For example, the counter tenor, Pitta or Kang Hyung Ho, opens the gorgeous Hijo De La Luna, Save Our Lives (original) and Nella Fantasia. The high tenor, the team leader Cho Min Gyu, opens the beautiful Scarborough Fair. I'm sure there's a lot more, but that's just off the top of my head. Inner Universe the tenor/baritone, Bae Doo Hoon, opens as he also does in the stunning Sound Of Silence and their equally good original White Night.
