That’s an awesome set up. I’m buying the 75-3 also. What made you choose that mulching head. I need to buy myself, so many options. So I’m just leaving for information. I heard the Fecon is very good, but I imagine they are probably also the most expensive. And what kind of cutting knives do you recommend for brush. I’m in Florida so rocks are not a real concern. Thx again. Really sweet set up.
@@hhazelhoff1363 thanks! It was the just the most affordable name brand Mulcher. It’s still using the original planner teeth, which is what I would recommend if you don’t encounter rocks often. These have around 75 hours on them and I’ve yet to rotate them. However, you must keep them sharp to be efficient… with that being said, I have designed a new style planner tooth that I’ll be testing soon and filing a patent on, if all goes well. Thanks for watching!
I haven't bought it yet but plan to get the quick attach mega mower X 72" high flow. I've been doing a lot of research and I think this is a very good unit.
It depends on your area. Hiring a legitimate forestry mulching company to bring a track loader out will typically cost around 1800-2500 for an 8hr day. Some companies only quote by the job, some by the hour and some by the day. Good luck!
