In countries that chronically experience high inflation like Turkey and Russia people will buy USD and Euro just to protect their savings. Also if you want to invest in foreign stocks, many ETFs are hedged against FX risk.
The Icelandic Investor I’m into crypto investment and the company i invest with is reliable and trustworthy because I get paid as promised whenever I invest, I’m sure there more companies like that because anything fake was copied from the original.
This is really well done!! Definitely forwarding this to some people who have been suckered in to FX scams. When they ask me about "forex" I tend to go on a long rant about economic parity conditions - I think this video will be more effective!

We basically operate on a "dual currency" system, where everyday transactions are done I pesos, but valuations are done in US dollars, highly correlating the inflation and exchange rates.
I remember looking into forex trading about 10 years ago, and the leverage that they use is just nuts. Leverage of 1:100 and 1:200 are incredibly common.
@@KFGustavo Crypto is essentially Forex since it also involves the trading/exchange of currencies. When trading crypto you are buying/selling quantities of another currency. But yeah, using high leverage for crypto is just Dumb with a capital D.
Very well explained video, one that folks really need to watch. I’m 50, retired a while at 45. I have 35% of my capital invstments in an IRA, 25% in index funds, and the balance spread across other investment accts, in cumulative of over $ 6M. I receive income from my rental properties too. Zero debt and all is going accordingly.
Living below ones means & investing is difficult but it's necessary. I've made lots of money mistakes in the past but I don’t regret it as I've learnt from them. Now I’m just focusing on the s&p 500 and waiting for a few years.
In my case Klaus Cassius has helped me to do that proficiently. I'm not a guru so I don't really have fascinating strategies. I work and my consultant does the rest.
Could you do an explanation of trading commercial paper and how investment banks make money other than their primary objective of raising capital? Love your channel. Severely underrated.
Why don't you invest on a more secure forex trading platform that let's you monitor your account yourself and also monitor your progress as well, I trade with Mr Gregory Foster's trading platform and I receive weekly profits
The answer is here : it's not the investments themselves, but the commission on every trade. ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-wM6exo00T5I.html
I buy Euro annd use Euro to buy dollars for my US stocks portfolio. When the pandemic started I lost 9-10% of my money as the Euro stayed at 4.8 (my currency) and the dollar fell from 4.5 to 4.1 (around 9%). Bye bye couple hundered dollars :(((
Sounds like the risk reward is worse than trading stocks. In the long term, all fiat currencies are sinking ships. In your example, when you made $350 on the USD/CAD trade, the USD devalued for a reason, so by the time you sell, you can potentially afford less things with $1350 than you did a year ago with $1000. That's a very extreme and unlikely scenario, but you get the point. All central banks are printing like crazy this year, so you're certainly going to lose if you remain long be it USD, EUR, CAD, etc. You better trade like a pro so you can stay ahead of inflation. See inflation works against you if you hold fiat currencies but it's actually neutral or even beneficial if you hold stocks. But to each his own I guess
Sir you left out going to your bank where you have a checking account, and ask your banker to switch it. When you want to redeem take the foreign currency back, and deposit. Your local bank is a safe exchange that isn't going to run away with your money.
I left out while the person is in the bank ask your banker to talk. This is how I began FX. My bank was there to hold my hand a bit. When I want to redeem for domestic currency that I use day/day I simply brought the cash back, and deposited at the exchange rate that day. Bank charge fees. Mine was around 6% Some more some less.
I understand in the macroeconomic sense fx has important job to fulfill. My issue with fx as a retail traders is that there is not a centralized exchange, and that is the main reason why there are so many abnormalities in the fx investing world. If someone wants to do fx is safer to do futures there are even fx contracts with all the principal pairs but managed by a centralized exchange.

If you live in poor/turbulent country its not a bad idea to have some cash reserves in dollars or euro depending on where you live if you need to flee or to protect against very high inflation. You know before the government limits you from exchanging your local currency.
I think we all can agree There's nothing more annoying than someone trying to sell you their Forex course or group membership The only close to that is RU-vidrs who comment on other people's videos to promote their own channel like myself
Omg I love your content ! You inspire me to start my own RU-vid channel. I want to make video like yours so my channel can look more professional. Do you mind to share with me what software you use? Is it doodle or video scribe
I lost over $70k when everything started to tank. Not because I was in an exchange that went belly up. I was just stupid to hold and because that’s what everyone said. I’m still responsible. It just taught me to be a better investor now that I understand more of what could go wrong. It took me over two years of being in the market, I’m really grateful I found one source to recover my money, at least $10k profits weekly. Thanks Loice Martha

I advise you seek a professional to guide you through your trades, I trade with Mr Gregory, he will help you out with all you need to know on how to make profits from forex trading, speak to him directly using whatsapp
Like your video! What do you think about these: 1. FX Liquidity does not matter whether it is from closing a long or short position, it can be taken by MM/banker/any trader to open as a long or short position. Is this statement true or false? 2. Because FX is a zero sum game, if the liquidity is worth USD$10.01m it cannot be taken one cent more or less it must be digested exactly with the same amount by the MM/banker/any trader. Is this statement true or false?
Are international stocks traded on the NYSE affected by currency fluctuations at the company’s country of origin/operation? Not sure if you made a video about this yet. Thanks for the amazing content!
I make huge profits on my investment since I started trading with Anna Lawerence , her trading strategies are top notch coupled with the little commission she charges on her trade.
In any country with volatile currency, foreign ones, mostly USD and sometimes EUR, are the most available way of investing for people with relatively small amounts of money. My "financial cushion" is mostly USD and EUR with only 10% being in my country's currency. So when I see americans talking about how the inflation destroys their savings I often cry on the inside.
So Plain Bagel, do you think the Vietnamese dong is going to revalue. I see that a lot more items are exported from Vietnamese but maybe these items aren't as important oil.
That's why you should not hold USD as your cash lol. To this point it had an aproximative 7% inflation and more inflation is on its way. Compare that to EUR that had a 0.3%...
Dude, it isn't have that simple. Population and GDP go up while money supply stays the same, then DEFLATION will occur. Like it did when Grant was President because there was not enough gold mined to keep up with the growth of the US, so unlimited silver minting occurred.
If you can't just have a professional do it for you in real-time, learn and earn, best way to grow in investments, although I'd suggest starting with a trader that uses insurance just in case, if you don't know one I can give you the email of the one I've been using all year, she's really good
Apparently some of the big Russian oligarchs got their entire fortunes from this kind of currency exchange with rubles vs. dollars back when the Sovient union fell
Like the casino which offers roulette, poker, blackjack, craps, etc. the money world offers currency trading, which the average retail investor should stay the hell away from. The U.S. portion of my stock portfolio pays my dividends in U.S. currency. That's enough of a hedge for me.
I got really good at forex after blowing out my account several times. Eventually I decided to take my strategy to crypto without leverage and my strategies worked. My trading strategy wasn't bad, it's just that the leverage will autoliquidated you so you cant HODL through a dip that destroys your equity. But on crypto I can buy, HODL a dip of any magnitude and wait to sell for a profit, even if it is several years.

I'm killing two birds with one stone. I've just begun my forex learning journey, and I'm simultaneously leveraging automated forex bots to trade on my behalf. It's the perfect blend of learning while earning, and I must say, it's making the process a whole lot easier for me! Hehe🙂
If the currency conversion is favourable due to wide margins does it make sense to speculate and concert currency similar to 52 week high/lows? I understand this is speculation but it seems like a low risk high reward investment. Any thoughts?
Jesus Christ Plain bagel 🥯 is there anything you can do as the owner of the channel to get rid of these spam comments?! Not complaining just really asking for help
I definitely feel the pain of finding cool stuff in the US living in Canada. I'll get all to the cart before getting hit with $50 shipping and having to reluctantly give up on what I was going to buy because fuck that.
The best currency is ILS (Israeli New Shekel), I recommend you looking for it. I’m living here and never change it to anything else, everything else has horrible inflation.
The goal for MOST people is not to "earn money" but rather to have hedges against various currency risks and further diversify their portfolios. You'd need to be using HFT algos in order to even consider making consistent returns on FX trading alone.
Having earned thousands of dollars in the trading market, I dare not doubt the profitability of the cryptocurrency market. Get a weekly income of 10600 euros even in this time of recession and high inflation. Britney is doing a great job, She is the right woman to lead the investment business.
funny how in the US and Canada forex is irrelevant for your average Joe, meanwhile even 10 yo kids in Argentina know that for us buying dollars is pretty much a cheat code investment
Smashed the like button on this . Several intelligent people are terrible investors because they face the market with untrained psychology and untamed emotions. . You need to keep raw, irrational emotion under control.

Anyone with the right means can invest and dominate the trading market but I prefer to invest under direct supervision from my investment manager, as working with his level of expertise yields me colossal profits frequently
Kevin Leyles It sure is, future conditions could only reduce the level of job availabilities so it’s safe to secure a viable means of regular income and nothing else does it better than investing
Joseph P. Tilman That’s a good hunch for an investor but also follow your wits and always invest less than you can bare to lose the first couple of times
If you want to learn about Bitcoin visit "Simply Explained" or "99 Bitcoins". Those channels have a lot of content on BTC and cryptocurrency. Don't forget to subscribe so you'll get more content, but I'd suggest you'd learn through an expert, was how I started my portfolio, now I'm 60% BTC, 30% ETH, 10% ADA & XRP. I can direct you to my broker, she'll set you up real good
In the next 50 years, after WW3 lead by the USA and China, I think there will be one global currency system. This idea has its pros and cons, Economics Explained has a great video on this topic
