In this video we describe all about the forgery.
What is Forgery?
"whoever makes any false document (writing / Signature) or electronic record with intent to cause damage to any person or public, or with intent to commit fraud and that fraud may be committed, commits forgery."
The forgery is defined u/s 463 of IPC (Indian Penal Code).
There are mainly two types of forgery. these are as follows:
1. Simulated Forgery (also known as free hand/ copy/ imitation forgery)
2. Traced Forgery
in this video we describe the Simulated forgery in details and also describe that how we examine this type of forgery.
