After having interviewed, hired and developed hundreds and hundreds of graduates over the last 12 years, Charlie believes that mindset matters more than employability. In fact, he believes that you should forget focusing on employability and start focusing on mindset. In this TEDx talk, Charlie answers the questions to “Why do some graduates do much better than others?”, and “Why do some graduates respond to stressful situations better than others?”. Here, Charlie reveals the differences between a fixed and growth mindset, and explains how your mindset can unlock your potential.
Charlie has 12 years of experience designing and implementing graduate programmes for large and small organisations. He is a recruitment specialist, a learning and development professional and is fascinated by neuroscience and languages.
