I have absurd luck in not getting the 4 stars that I want. I didn't get Pela during Seele's banner, and I'm now at 77 pity on Jing Yuan's banner while trying to get E1 Sushang. I plan on pulling in Luocha's banner, so I'm forced to save during Silver Wolf's banner. I'm stuck with Seele, E1 Bronya, and two 5 star Light Cones for the next 24 days, so that's fun. At least the 4 stars in this game are capable in the least, and very strong at the most.
