Forgive Yourself with Self-Massage 

This was such a great self massage. I had so much shoulder pain and it disappeared. I need to learn to forgive myself. I need to let things roll off my back and not hold myself to high standards!!

My car horn decided to start going off at home. I ran outside to fix it for 1m30s before runnin in to put in ear plugs. Very sad about hearing damage I may have done but I have to forgive myself, & drill putting in earplugs for next time
