Amazing! Feels better for the first time in three months! Not completely gone by any means, but better. Thank you so much! How many times a day should I do this?
So glad it helps! Frequency really depends on each individual case, but you can try 2x/day to start, as long as it's not irritating symptoms. The key is to be gentle and listen to your body.
Im never loud, i push past my comfort zones but never until I break. But I just did right now.. and I really needed help breathing and concentrating on the positive things, I was being really loud in front of strangers I don’t know and I got really anxious and I felt my anxiety punching myself in the chest and heart, so this helped.. a lot :)
Nowdays i can bit notice my nose in my vision area without trying. Specially left side of nose. I can't able to see the right side of nose no matter what unless i close one eye. Is it normal for seeing my nose from left side eye only?
It's normal to have a dominant eye, which could explain what you're describing. However, if this is a recent change in your vision or if you are concerned, best to see a doctor.
@@rachelrichardsmassage9660 Thanks alot Doctor for caughting this up to me. Dominant eye is something most of the people from our country don't know off. I didn't know how I couldn't figure it out all these time 😅. *Thank you so much again Docto!* ❤️
Currently sick with a terrible cold & just woke up with a seriously painful inflamed clogged sinuses & ear pain. Following your massage was really soothing and helped me relax the muscles in my face, so much less tension. No longer close to tears from discomfort. Thank you. 💗

Usually the trick of the squeeze and hold helps release my fascia but there's no movement in my shoulder, it has been stuck for years. Tried your exercise which seems really good but i get spasm in my hands from the massage.
I had gastritis the other day, so I thought that it may be the cause for my worry. But when I had a sudden panic attack despite my stomach being fully fine, I was worried about myself. I searched for anxiety relief techniques and got this. I am so relieved right now. And seeing these many people have the same symptoms as mine, I was actually quite happy to know that I am not alone. I wanna cry and scream so bad right now, but I know that everything's gonna be okay and I just have to push through it. Thank you doctor lady for helping this 16 year old.
