0:52 Actually, yaaqelo is correct, on the far-right side of the map, you'll see a canal with a boat. Bordering the canal there will be some stairs that lead to a gate that has a white car similar to the one in Dust2, except fully intact. yaagelo likely found it out via the 3kliksphilip video he made on the CS2 version of Anubis.
The thing is I did mention that car in the original video. Together with the truck at t spawn. That makes 2. So him saying theres a 3rd car is implying theres yet another one. At least thats what I assume

Isn't the missing car on Anubis outside play area roughly near the elevated section between T spawn and A main, think a saw it in a 3 clicks video once. Just checked yep yes it is, my memory on useless CS knowledge is unhealthy. go to elevated section previously mentioned find the locked metal gate, noclip through and follow the path along the edge above a river then go left up stairs and bam car is straight ahead through another gate :)
I mentioned this car behind the gate in the original counting video, so the guy commenting about a car on anubis is suggesting that theres supposedely yet another one somewhere.
