Forgotten Friends Friday! Idea Books Reorganization! 

Good morning Gayle & friends! Today felt like all your crafty friends are my friends too as you walked through each item and recalled them so fondly. Definitely blessing counting worthy. Of course the YT Crew wants you to make some of them! We are kinda needy like that my friend.😂😂😂 Seriously every day is a blessing with you and all the kind folks who leave such kind comments and support one another even though we have never met in person. It touches my heart everyday to read their comments and hear the excitement in your voice as you create with us! All those ideas are just amazing. I had no idea paper and glue could make this many fabulous things! I’m just amazed at people’s creativity! I can see why you want to keep an example of each item, cause there’s so much it could easily be forgotten after a while.

Maybe put you idea loose pages in a elastic binding journal like sevenplaza made the other day then you can place them in and out when you want them

Good morning dear Gayle. Catching up on a few videos, having coffee AND Rice Krispies treats (thats healthy, right?) 😅. It's 3:30 in the AM. It seems many of us over 60 have difficulty sleeping, especially women. 😢 I just love those idea books, Gayle. Your retreat friends will LOVE flipping through those. It is just so easy to forget even the simpliest things. If you make a lot of journals as you do, it is nice to incorporate new ideas. Keeps you motivated and interested in your project and exciting for the lucky folks that end up with your journals. Making forgotten ephemera could certainly be a forgotten friend as well. ❤ Hugs, love and wishes for both you and Mike and wishing you a wonderful summer.

Hi Gayle, thank you for the flip-thrus of your idea books. (I hope this is in English this time.) You are wanting a way to store your pages for signatures, so I was thinking a binder with polyvues would be the easiest and neatest way to store them. I also thought of another weekly series you could do if you ever need one. Each week, make something from your idea books. I guess that could also work for Forgotten Friends Friday. You are awesome. (P.S. The heater didn't bother me in the least. At least I knew you were comfortable. 😊) Have a wonderful day!

Good morning girlfriend 🌅🌅🌅. One word--WOW---😮😮😮. These journals are absolutely amazingly awesome.💕💕💕 So now as soon as I finish the prayer journal for my friend guess what I'll be doing!?!?! Making idea journals. Right now I only have idea notes in a folder 📂📂📂 I especially love the page edge idea journal. I really like having an journal for each different subject. I love having you in my journaling life. I have learned so much. I love each and every video and wake up every morning with my brain telling me to get a Diet Dr. Pepper, sit on my sofa with Gertie and watch you on RU-vid 😅😅😅. Such a great way to start my day!!! 😆😆😆 Thanks so much for sharing these amazing idea journals 👍👍👍

Hi Gayle, Do you do craft fairs near Christmas in your local area? I’m from theUK , I seem to sell in craft fairs but not online, closed my Etsy as can’t sell my journal kits as too many doing it these days, alas , tried for four years. Loved peeking in your ideas books. I love flicking through mine. Have you thought about an ideas book using elastic to bind in your page ideas. Easy to slip in and no more loose pages, at the back of the journal..... Thank you for the wonderful inspirational ideas ❤

A suggestion for the pages you want to add to an idea a book but don't want a permanent spine what about a removable signature

Good morning, Gayle. So many wonderful ideas in your journals! I heard you mention an idea journal for signature pages. How about doing a heavy duty cover and add the pages as you go with the stretchy bands like Ceri does in his personal journals. Make it with a large enough spine where you could keep multiple signatures. Thought it might be a quick, easy idea and easy to add pages as you make them. Have a great weekend.

Hi Gayle, have you thought of using a traveler style journal to store your signature paper ideas? You could adjust it to meet your needs and easy to add or take out, just an idea😊 Still loving my daily dose of Gayle, thanks for sharing!

Good Morning, Gayle! I have an idea for you "loose page ideas" to keep them all together in a book. I am sending you an email in a minute! Love and Hugs from Minnesota! :)

You can make a travelers notebook with elastic cords to store sewn-in page ideas. It will have to be taller than your regular books, because the elastic is usually about a quarter to half an inch in from the top and bottom. For regular ideas I think you should use a book that has lots of shallow pockets and side tucks, so you don’t have to use so many paper clips.
