Heart breaking story.. so much grit and character to withstand such times so many similar stories on india side as well. Have a friend whose family went through similar trials during partition, father joined Indian army as a youth and fought in the 1972 war..

For e.g. East Punjab 16 lacs,Hyderabad Deccan 2 Lacs and Jammu Division 5 to 7 Lacs Muslims were killed.Who killed them.No apologized from Patel, Nehru.When Gandhi rise his voice against the great massacre of Muslims in India hidden hand killed him.
Partion could never work without violence. we had to make each other an enemy. The collective trauma of partition haunts both nations and is deeply rooted in our thought and mutual animosity.
Ofcourse partition could have been done without violence...ofcourse partition could have been avoided in the first place...no harm to anyone would have happened if India remain United...so many people lost their homes lost their life lost everything just because of the arrogant politics of few leaders...so cheap
We the Hindus living in Jammu have heard horrific stories from our forefathers who came from Muslim dominated areas of today's Pakistan. They suffered a lot and left behind everything they had. They even told their daughters and females to eat poison if rioters belonging to majority community came to their homes. The history repeated itself in 1989 when Kashmiri Hindus were dragged out of their homes by sponsored terrorists and majority community. Even this year also Kashmiri Hindus have been targeted and killed by sponsored terrorists. These Kashmir Hindus too have horrific tales to tell.

The parents and teachers of that day and age were so noble based on what is said in the video. They had good character and imparted the same high values to their children and students. Such values do not exist in this world today. Very sad.
What is this "Kya hua kyu hua" syndrome with regards to partition. It's a clear fact that Jinnah wanted a seperate muslim nation in 1940. What is the confusion in this.
Having read Indian History in detail during my preparation for civil services, I will briefly try to summarise what led to this menace. It all started in 1906 when Lord Minto( British Governor) understood that only way to keep ruling India is to divide it communally. He brainwashed and gave monetary support to Nawab Salimullah of Dhaka who founded Muslim League. At this time Mr Jinnah was a staunch opposer of Muslim league and continued to work for India's independence. But things kept changing after 1915 when Mr. Gandhi returned from South Africa. With his advent and the rise of new leaders in Congress, Mr Jinnah gradually started losing importance, he quit Congress and joined the Muslim league. In 1916 Congress session Muslim league and Congress came to an agreement for peaceful coexistence. But few years later, Mr Jinnah suddenly discarded this aggrement and placed his 14 point demands. Congress rejected it. British viceroys like Chelmsford,Irwin,Reading, Willingdon, Linithglow, Mountbatten..everyone took this opportunity and created further divisions between the two. Finally in 1940 Lahore session Mr Jinnah proposed 2 Nation theory. He took the idea of Mohd. Iqbal who in 1930 said muslims should have a separate state. Few years laterChaudhary Rahmat Ali named the state as 'Pakstan'(The I was missing then). Mr Jinnah attested to this idea in 1940 Lahore session. After that Mr Jinnah who was called 'Ambassador of hindu muslim unity' earlier, now had only one goal.. to get a separate state of Pakistan. When in 1946, the Cabinet mission ( Pethick Lawrence, AV Alexander, Stafford Cripps) failed to come to a conclusion regarding how to create two separate countries, Mr Jinnah got extremely frustrated and announced 16th August 1946 as Direct Action Day.( Ladke lenge Pakistan). Direct action day is also called 'Great Calcutta Killings' where hindus and muslims violently killed each other in Calcutta. That great action day is the beginning of these communal killings. It continued and Mountbatten finally came and gave his 3rd June plan to create separate states of India and Pakistan. Now who was the primary reason of all this..I think it is the britishers but it is for you to decide. But whoever was guilty ensured a long-standing disturbance for decades to come🙂
He boarded train Lahore to Wagah which was going to Amritsar. And saw a graveyard in the train, just imagine the number of being Hindus slaughtered. The tensions were fuelled by British just to retain power and Hindus and Muslims fell for it.

The sacrifices were made on false promises, if someone have killed himself in the name of virgin women in heaven he had not sacrificed himself, he is stupid and illiterate to not understand what's going on. A rich man thinks from the head, a poor zealous man thinks from heart, he fought, dies and contributes in thousands of death, which makes a headline for the ELITE to prove their point.

Soldiers have to obey orders given by they're commanders. 43000 soldiers atmost were present in east pakistan 93000 is just a lie that has been repeated so many times that it feels like the truth but its not, anyway you're saying how your army is so courageous that they'll rather give there life then becoming a POW, when they indeed surrenderd against china in 62 war sooo thats that...

Partition was a tragic mistake and was confirmed in 1971 when Bangladesh was created. The two nation theory proved to be a failure. Pakistanis should apologise to what they did to Bengalis, the alienation started when Jinnah went to Dhaka and told them their language will be Urdu in English when he knew they’ve been speaking it for 100s of years. Everyone knew that Jinnah disliked the bengalis especially. He only liked the English people and did not care care about the everyday Indian. All the violence in Calcutta and Punjab was orchestrated by the Muslim league and criminals to create issues that never existed at that level in 1000s of years of living under the same country. I hate the lies we’ve been told, false Gods we’ve created and now just want the truth! Pakistan was made for the elites who are still running the country now! Good on India and Bangladesh for their progressive thinking and democracy - it’s working very well for them. Pakistani’s are sadly reaping what they’ve sowed and the poor are suffering. This could have all been avoided if there was a united India like the USA, seperate states with their own governance and identity!

I have watched the videos of stories from other side of the border on Instagram, but here we are trying our best to record the oral history of people who were born before partition. People are sharing their experiences. I think its a commendable effort by TCM.

After 75 years it's well known fact that how it happened. The real problem is not with people but it is the holy book which directs to loot, kill qafirs, rape qafir women. Bharat prosperes because of sanatan dharm. Otherwise Sindh mulsthan( multan) and gandhar also were prosperous before Islam entered that region.
