Just think the fire department uses slippery soap from huge jugs just before the demo starts to slow them down , Imagin how fast they would be with just water . some of these demo cars you see are $ 10k to 20k then they use them for a bunch of shows . Thank you for watching we all appreciate it !
Understand, I just know a few of the guys personally and they told me what they put into the car for forks each year and if it is still good they use it the rest of the year at other demos . Not all the cars cost that much no just some of the big guys cars do .
@Tlvp awesome coverage as always, thank you been watched this vids from your for a few years now, this track & these drivers are some of the best, loved how the let the drivers involved in the roll over to continue, heck 808 flipped & got 2nd. Plus awesome wheel & pedal control on that last finishing hit that didn’t happen, lots of folks would cry & say 808 should’ve taken it but it’s not worth it all around.
I've never seen a demo derby done on concrete before, or where spectators were allowed to stand on the jersey barriers, or where they didn't block the entrance/exit with something during the derby... interesting.
