Sir please shed light on who will bear the expenses /charges of formation of co-op housing society immediately after allottees got possesion ? Builder ? Or allottees ?

Sir, We all flat owners of Kasliwal residency intend to form a housing society and want to choose a suitable name for it. The builder refused to participate in the formation of society. Therefore we can register the Housing society without builder's support. I want to know can we choose a new name for housing society instead of name which is given by the builder at the time of construction. A official of registrar Office told me if you choose a new name for housing society, it will affect conveyance deed process. Please advise us .

Please guide regarding the builder is collecting maintenance amount without registration of Society of the building for more than 3 year. To whom to approach for remedy on this issue.

साहेब आम्ही आमच्या सोसायटीतचे अभिहस्तांतरण जवळपास पन्नास टक्के पुर्ण केले आहे.मात्र आमच्या सोसायटीत सरकारी कोट्यातून सदनिका दिलेल्या आहेत.त्याचे युएलसी सर्टिफिकेट विकासकाकडून मिळत नाही.किंवा विकासका कडून आम्हाला सहकार्य मिळत नाही.त्यामुळे आम्ही वकिल मार्फत अभिहस्तांतरणचे काम होईल तेवढे पुर्ण केले आहे.मात्र आमच्या कडे युएलसी नसल्याने आमचे काम काम रखडले आहे आम्ही यासाठी काय करावे याचा सल्ला आपण साहेब आपण द्यावा.आमची सोसायटी भाईंदर पश्चिम येथे आहे.धन्यवाद.

Hi , we have a residential property at Bhayandar west , district Thane, there is 7 storay 3 wings , total 55 flats , Landlord is having C wing -total 16 flats and Builder is having is A & B wing 39 flats , builder has delayed the work about 12 years still yet to complete the work and apply for OC as on date 21ts Dec 2020 , 5 people has taken the possession , somehow we are frustrated and already paying bank Emi and staying Rental, we have decided to take the possession of the Building and takeover from Builder and form Society , pls guide us to form the society like no. of members, flat count and total expenses towards Registration of society.
