Formatting and Clean Install of Windows 8 Consumer Preview 

You mention Formatting in the title, but I did not see formatting of the disk addressed anywhere in this video. Do you know which files system to use? Should the disk be formatted with ReSF.

@threecats, once downloaded burn to cd and boot from that. Delete partitions, then install 8.

This still doesn't delete all the old files. Windows creates a file called Windows.old that you have to remove with disk cleanup.
