What struck me the most is that management did not even call the fucking police! They just stood there while she got beat up which is infuriating. If I see my co worker getting assaulted I'm most definitely calling the police and helping.

Light skinned black women are often more protected than us dark skinned black women are. I've been bullied and mistreat as a young girl by young black boys and girls. There are lawyers who will take cases like this with a contingency fee agreement. That means the lawyer only gets paid if and when she wins her lawsuit, and then they take a percentage of it. A lawyer would love a slam dunk case like this because it's on camera.
