As much as I would love to buy a house on a lot in PH, I don't think the PH government should change that law. It would send prices up to where it would be even harder for locals to buy houses on lots. Similar types of situations happen even in the US, when wealthier people move out of cities, like the SF Bay Area, and then move somewhere else, and drive the prices up and out of the reach of the locals. It's one reason so many people in the states hate Californians. You can't blame us for wanting to move somewhere cheaper, but it does have hard consequences for the locals (who didn't get rich selling to the Californians haha).

Hi , I like to ask what kind of laws regarding it if you owned a land with timberland and gasoline sand. Am I allowed to use the temperature as I owned the land and taxes it, too? I'd like to know why they say that only the government can benefit the tembers and giso sand. Please explain. Thank you..
