Why didn’t Mahathir say the same when he was the 4th PM? He too received donations for UMNO. Why didn’t LKS say the source and the amount of his political funding? Now we hear from other sources that some the PH component parties receive funds from the National Endowment for Democracy (NED) and Soro’s Open Society Foundation but how much they received nobody revealed. At least, Najib revealed that he received US$680 million as a donation and he returned $621 Million. But PH parties never revealed anything from their mouth.

@@seph2801 - There can be some reasons for Najib to keep donation funds in his account. We heard that Mahathir kept party funds in his cronies’ account during the time he was the PM. It is these funds that UMNO guys are now asking Mahathir to return. Some say that Mahathir’s cronies refuse to return the money because he is no more in UNMO. Why didn’t Mahathir and Najib deposit the money into UMNO’s account is a big question. The important point here is the source from where PH and Najib got money from. Najib got it from the Saudi Royal family whereas PH component parties got it from Open Society Foundation (Soros), National Endorsement for Democracy (NED) and International Republican Institute (IRI). These are very powerful Organisations. It’s these type of Organisations that worked with the National Rifle Association of America that made it possible for students to bring in guns with them when entering the classrooms at the University of Austin, Texas. Even though President Obama tried very hard to control gun sales in the US he failed because of these very powerful Organisations. I feel Najib played it safe for our nation dealing with the Saudi Royal family while PH took a BIG risk dealing with OSF, NED, IRI etc.

Arul Kanda Kandasamy claimed that Good Star was owned by IPIC. He did not specify until when was Good Star remained owned by IPIC since bank Negara told PAC that Good Star was owned solely by Jho Low. Aabar BVI was said to be a subsidiary of IPIC. Aabar BVI can buy any shell company in the British Virgin Island with equity of say USD 2 dollars. Good Star could be one of them. So on the initial record, Good Star could have IPIC as owner. The shell company was then sold to Jho Low who can then set up his own bank accounts for the company. Based on the earlier records, 1 MDB had valid reason to send money to Good Star, but a more circumspect person like the former Chairman of 1MDB cannot believe that the subsidiary of IPIC do not sound like it has connection with IPIC, even in name. Najib keep distracting the journalist by saying during his premiership, there is about 5.5% growth rate in the country, but he did not give other facts like the huge amount of borrowing he made under the table, and the 1MDB debt with tremendously high interest rate he undertook.... Even if there is slight economic growth, he took credit as his own efforts, and totally ignored other ministers that helped him, and rather wanted to make use of it to say - Hey, Malaysians, I have helped the country gained 5.5% growth for the past 9 years, so what I took $680 millions dollars or more?
Please if there are any foreigners watching this video, please do not have even a drop sympathy for this guy. Do not believe anything he's saying.
