I also have been diagnosed with ALS, February 4th, 2016. It's a miserable disease, and all we can do is take it one day at a time and make the most of each day. Being positive is key. Thanks for your inspiring words Tim.

My childhood best friend's father had ALS. People didn't live longer than 2 and a half years . He lived 9 without the ventilation products . I loved/love him and spent a lot of time with him . Still feel himachal around at times and so very , much when I ran my first half marathon . Praying for all ALS patients I love you all

did he get ALS just from lifting weights? or was it from concussions?
@MarlonT
@MarlonT 9 лет назад
Definitely not from lifting weights, its hereditary, maybe the concussions had a play in it
@zyzor
@zyzor 9 лет назад
yeah cuz I thought it would be strange because tons of people lift weights and tons of nfl players lift weights and don't get it. Then I read some forum about some guy who wasn't a football player thinking he had ALS from lifting for 40 years but the results came up negative. idk.

als isnt hereditary. 10% of cases are...90% are sporadic.

GOD ALMIGHTY CALLS UPON HIS CHILDREN TO HELP HIS FELLOW CHILDREN IN NEED, WHAT IF A BEAUTIFUL CHILD IF GOD HAS BEEN MADE TO APPEAR TO BE ENTIRELY NEGATIVE BASED ON BLATANT ACTS OF PERJURY AND FRAUD, WOULD YOU BE BLIND TO SAID CHILDS PLITE, AND OR DEAF TO SAID MANS CALL FOR HELP, WHEN AND IF YOU HAVE BEEN TRAINED TO ADHEAR TO THE LIES.
