He was about to get a new trial that would turn his conviction. There was no reason for him to commit suicide. If there was, then why didn't he do it sooner? Why bother getting a new lawyer?

I cut a friend down from a rope ..dead for a few hours..his feet were flat on the floor to the point I thought he was faking it ..until I punched his arm..rip tony..i still pray for ya.
It's entirely possible he made the decision to do this months or even a year or two before he did it and not have told anyone, considering how socially it's very not okay to want to die. But sometimes death is preferable to life if you stop and think about it.
I agree going from multi millionaire superstar living the high life to shamed and locked in a cell for the rest of your life would scare the literal soul out of a lot of people even going from a lot less then what he was to to life in prison. You would be messed up in the head going through something like that I can’t imagine the emotional side of it also it seems people who have it good but are self destructive in ways like he was probably have had some kind of suicidal ideation as part of their psychology throughout there life idk I doubt he was killed

And how tall is the window in his cell, for a man of 6ft 2", is the window tall enough for him to hang himself, dangled and get strangled to death? i thought no weapons allowed in prison, how did he get hold of a pen, to write several suicide notes? Also, he smoked drugs hours before the suicide, how did he get it.... is their negligence on the part of the prison management? the only motive they point out as to why he committed suicide is for his fiancee to cash in on his signing money... yet he did not mention that except to say that "you are rych", rich spelt incorrectly at the end of the letter... it seems he committed some of the crimes, but the circumstances of his death is questionable, there are more questions than answers... is either they got the facts wrong, or someone has done his job right and they making it up as they go along... he suffered from cte which in his severity damages his decision making. even if he laughed or smiled medically his brain was battling cte. it’s so sad that he lost his life alone in a cell due to a medical condition.
He took the easy way out he couldn't stand the thought of living out the rest of his life in prison he did the crime but wasn't willing to do the time looks very cowardish on his part..

That 2 part docuseries really told the truth about aaron and i believe every bit of it from the girlfriends to the teammates telling the newcomers dont go by aaron because hes gonna get naked in front of you and tell you how his mom did awful things to him as a child etc
