I know he said "they are wrong", but I think he was actually relieved and thrilled to be caught and punished. Tiny upturns in his mouth, laughter, etc. I think he knows he deserved it all. When the second trial happened and he got off, then we see the tears. I think he couldn't live with himself anymore. Suicide was the plan b because he wanted to be punished, one way or another. Some people just have a way of reacting to things. A few friends and I Crack a smile when we get in trouble. It's not that we find it as a joke it's simply a sign of nervousness. People make such a big deal over a positive attitude before case starts but it's almost like they're trying to enjoy the last minute of freedom, You cannot blame a person trying to do that. Now the lack of remorse is another thing that people, again, make a big deal of but simply the reality hasn't it. I'm sure that the remorse they feel in jail is much worse. All in all, people need to stop jumping into conclusion.

When you’re on trial your lawyers tell you that you can’t show emotion. That the other side just wants a reaction out of you to use it against you. If he indeed made all of those mistakes and left a blunt at the crime scene and a towel that Carlos Ortiz is seen wearing cus he was fuckin drunk at the gas station and you can see Aaron put him back in the car BECAUSE HES FUCKIN DRUNK! But yet Aaron shot him?! Aaron was stupid enough and left all those pieces at the crime scene? And then brought shell casings with him in the car?! Those two sat together and got their story straight once Aaron gave them money and they fuckin fled! They both testified the same shit! Patriots and Robert Kraft knew exactly what they were getting involved with when signing Hernandez and issued a set of rules for him to follow.
