Hab-Haban sa Poblacion is a small food stall that is truly punk rock with its quirky design and cool vibes and people from all walks of life come to get their noodle fix for the day. We sat down with Punk as he told us about the challenges that he encountered and how he powered through with the kindness of the people he met along the way.
