He'll be just fine, when criminal officers are caught doing their crimes, they just go work as an officer in the next county or state. Departments NEED to start pulling criminal officer policing certificates so they can not continue their crimes against us.
I'm guessing he's in a City of Savanna police pension plan. The city pension plan should have strict, written rules regarding when a plan member's pension benefit can be revoked, usually involving a specific on-the-job related felony conviction. He looks kind of young, so he might not be vested in the pension plan; it's often something like ten years of service to vest. If he's not vested in the pension plan, then he hasn't yet qualified for a pension. The state quickly revoked his police certification, so maybe the city will work work fast on the pension matter if he's convicted of a qualifying felony. Nonetheless, he'll certainly be able to recoup all of his own mandatory contributions to the pension plan (often something like 10% of annual gross wages).
While in other news the police officer that shot and killed a Florida Air Force Airman is still in hiding, has not been charged, has not been identified, and still on paid leave
@@fredricksmith-something.2125 Obviously they are both cops, in 2 different States, with 2 different mind sets, and 2 different wills to properly police their own. I can't believe 10 idiots liked your post, just for stating the obvious, when the point is different jurisdictions presupposes difference in internal affairs.
@@fredricksmith-something.2125 Obviously they are both cops, in 2 different States, with 2 different mentalities ,and 2 different wills to police their own. I can't believe 10 I***** liked your post, as if you told me something that I wasn't aware of. The point I implied is that you can't compare how each jurisdiction police their own, or lack thereof. Clearly you need to pay attention.
Funny how some leos are held to a so called high standard and others can do all kinds of dirt, never lose certification, just move on to the next dept. Policing needs national standards and reform.
I’m sorry, but that’s only something someone would believe who is a person who is not good at thinking things through. Let me crazy like that. That’s like saying one criminal who lives the life of crime every single day is the same as another type of criminal who shoplifts occasionally. It’s probably better examples, but good God, I shouldn’t need to give any examples.
Could be dropped? SHOULD BE DROPPED! This is why I hate the law. They'll rush to lock you up but take their time to set you free. This man was locked up falsely. They're should be no hesitance in releasing him
This is carefully constructed propaganda because with his offenses this seems to be a serious reach especially considering the fact that others have done much much worse and just get to continue, they make sure to use certain officers mistakes to set a false narrative and make it appear that they are acting on the real issue when in fact they are upholding the atmosphere and culture of the problem!
Imagine when a conviction under circumsances like this results in a death penalty. This should make everyone against capitol punishment. It has happened.
Keep looking. I doubt it’s the only incident. I think it’s pretty safe to say that our property taxes are too high. Way too high and we should start demanding our money back.
The concern is that all cases involving Mr.Repress resulting in guilty verdicts, based on his testimony will need to be reviewed. The DA has an obligation to take this betrayal serious and act in a professional manner.
Why do municipal hire people like this? They really need to review their hiring practices. Statistics tell us that for every one corrupt cop there are many others hiding in plain sight. What a disgrace to the badge. Remove Qualified Immunity. Make law enforcement officers responsible again!
After 28+years in law enforcement myself, I can tell you that what he's done is prevalent throughout all police departments. Prosecutors, Judges, and attorneys know it well and for the most part it's allowed...... until it's not. Law enforcement contends that the public/citizens are stupid and will believe in them blindly. It's ironic that the big focus is that he lied, but that's exactly how trainers teach officers when it comes to bending the law/statutes to work in your favor. In the end, you can't fix something that needs to be dismantled altogether. Some things are beyond repair.
He should NOT be indicted. Nothing I heard was that serious. The man who got sent to prison is likely not an upstanding citizen and a criminal so he belongs in prison.
Lol imagine being such a a bootlicker u want innocent ppl in jail Tell me why he wasn't an upstanding citizen? What evidence do u have? None ur just the average boomer
NOW THIS IS JUSTICE and Why can’t this type of JUSTICE BE HELD AGAINST ALL THOSE OTHER SO CALLED OFFICERS AND DEPUTIES THAT HAVE BROKEN THE LAW AND VIOLATED THEIRS OATHS…IT IS BECAUSE OF THE WORTHLESS DISTRICT ATTORNEYS AND CORRUPT JUDGES THAT CONTINUE TO STAY EMPLOYED AND LET THESE CRIMINALS GET AWAY WITH IT.
This young anchor looks absolutely fabulous. More well-dressed and professional female anchors like this, please. _Many look awful and unprofessional._
Oh well, at least he doesn't have 34 charges and has been found guilty of all 34 Charges. Now a convicted Felon. This cop will be fine. He will just get hired in another county. That's just what they do.
But this happens daily and they get promoted and rewarded for their lies. He's gonna have to pay for lying on somebody, then send them to prison for the rest of their life. And he was able to sleep. What's shocking is that there were no rewards for this one. 🤔 Interesting because police do nothing but lie, then when they find out, kudos and protection.
The absence of A "NATIONAL REGISTRY" of fired Heroes and those having resigned to escape firing shows disdain against taxpayers! Police encounters rarely if ever benefit the taxpayer! - USMC (Semper Fidelis) SGT E-5 (5811)
LOL DEI would imply they didn't just hire anybody who wants to be a cop wouldn't that be nice Would a 5 foot white woman be better cuz she's white us that really ur whole argument cuz they will literally hire anybody who signs up
For all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God, But each person is tempted when he is lured and enticed by his own desire And let our people learn to devote themselves to good works, so as to help cases of urgent need, and not be unfruitful. For the love of money is a root of all kinds of evils. It is through this craving that some have wandered away from the faith and pierced themselves with many pangs.
