I watched my first husband and even more family and friends, it’s deja vu’. Most of my medical friends have seen it and we prepare each other and help each other out by just talking online. Many of us are concerned. Not all many. Concerned from the beginning when he was elected. My mom had Alzheimers and I think he absolutely has signs of Alzheimers ... the change in his gate (the way he walks), the anger and diminished social appropriateness, and of course the cognative decline, especially the loss of words. Even the look in his eyes is that typical Alzheimers blank/lost look.

It would be simpler to pass an amendment establishing a maximum age to be eligible to run. Cognitive tests, or the results thereof, could be manipulated or falsified - age cannot. I'd put it at 60, with the only exception being if an incumbent runs and they're under 65. Or, just set it at whatever age you're supposed to be to collect Social Security. No one in their 70s or 80s should be doing anything besides babysitting grandkids, doing hobbies, and relaxing. They have no role in government outside of voting.

I watched Trump almost everyday and hus energy level it reminded me of 2 things, my oldest brother and my oldest sister. Neither required much sleep, worked tireless hours, plesant, talkative. The rest of us kids weren't the same to their levels. I could never ubderstand why I couldn't measure up to their leveks of stamina. My sister said she would get a headache if she slept more than 5 hours. My brother drove an 18 wheeler until age 80 into SF as they built Google. He passed at 84. My sister could talk like Trump fir hours and never mentally fatigued, she was a nurse and a hospital administrator. Now, she is retired. Trump is an amazing human being.
