Stream quality is shockingly bad for something coming from the land of technology and what is that track layout... When I saw Ebisu I got excited but it went down really quick.

Ben Rowe Right. He could mean, he doesn’t know what he’s talking about or that he’s not a good announcer with his tone, cadence, choice of words, dialectic, etc. Both are consistent with that statement and since he wasn’t clear, he’s welcome to clarify what he meant.
