We're planning a trip to Fort De Soto. I was thinking about trying for one of the sites you reviewed here, so thank you! I noticed the playground appears to be taped off, and on the park's website it said something about that playground being closed starting last October (2021). Did you happen to get any information about when the playground will be open and available?
I haven't been to the park in quite some time but I am guessing the playground is open now. They had it blocked off during the pandemic. You can always call the office before your trip to get the latest.
We try! Working for ourselves has it's advantages and challenges. But as we grow this channel we hope to hit the road full time someday. But I have 6 years before my youngest is out of school so in the meantime, we get out as often as we can. Keep at it, it has been awesome to watch your channel grow as you spend time with your son!
