@@theurbaneditor333 That’s how I felt 3 years ago, however I choose the West Coast for whatever reason. I like going back to visit family on the island, especially in the Summer but don’t think I’d want to live there again.

@@ronnies6811 I hear Clearwater is gorgeous. All of Florida is to me so I’m giving myself till spring / summer and I’m out of here ! I have to honest and say parts of FT lauderdale remind me of Long Island ( strip malls, the slowness) but I’d still take that over this place anyway. Long Island will always be home but it’s kinda depressing lol

Miami has more of a seafood influence then Ft. Lauderdale just stone crab alone is a Miami stable

Would you say Fort Lauderdale is more classier and cleaner than Miami? I’m new to Fort Lauderdale and I feel it’s just as ghetto as Miami especially downtown. Do both cities have homeless issues? Which would you say has more homeless Fort Lauderdale has so many!

I wouldn’t personally consider one city classier than the other but they are definitely different. Miami’s lifestyle is completely different from Fort Lauderdale. Its more of a NYC style, big city vibe and Fort Lauderdale is more relaxed and suburban. As far as homelessness goes, you see it all over South Florida for the most part. I wouldn’t say theres more in FTL, but since its a smaller city it may seem that way

You should keep making these comparisons between FL and other cities. Many people think all of SF is sort of the same, but there are many differences between one city to the next. I'm particularly interested in Boca Raton!!
