Hi Mr. King. Do you need to walk the fishermans path to get to the rock jetty at fort macon? Thinking about trying to catch sunrise there tomorrow, since high tide is around 730 am. Figure I could fish the rising tide from sunrise til then and maybe get some fish.

Yes you can bro, its honestly a few paths you can take. This time of the year though, pretty much anywhere on the surf you can catch spanish

Hello sir. I have heard that place plenty here lately. So no piers, just surf? Is this when the Spanish start coming back down? Glad you were able to make another good video. Oh and maybe I should get another pole bc my surf is a 9ft. Get one shorter. Yours and others seem to have that “flick” to it. Seems to get further out. Suggestions?

There is a pier in Atlantic Beach, NC called Oceana Pier. I use a 7.5' to throw spoons in the surf. Good luck!

Where exactly are you in Fort Macon and do they bite like that all the time?

I'm by the rock jetty. But this time of year, anywhere in that particular area should be holding fish. They don't bite like this year round but can still be picked up sporadically depending on conditions. Appreciate you checking us out!
