Mike Fox Oh damn only just realised you've got over a million subscribers wtf that's craziness, Can't wait to see how you're gonna use my video for a prank.
It's kind of sad that we'll never get to experience this again. I would love to erase my memories of this game and just relive the season 1- 2 era again.
@@handlebarevildimension bruh, shut up for a second zero build exists for the people that dont learn to play the game and cry instead, that mode already exists, please stop crying
And even if we could go back to the old map like chapter 1 it wouldn’t change everyone would still be the same just a old map nothing will change your right you’ll never get a have that feeling when you playing with friends * the old enjoyable feeling*
@@waveydaveyyyyy8968 Trust me, I've already acknowledged that Fortnite is way too far gone from being what it was. Oh yeah, to make things clear. My original comment wasn't me trying to bash epic games to bring the old map back. That wasn't my intention, I just genuinely miss old fortnite, back in it's prime. So I wanted to look at some old gameplay to relive them past times.
That’s a good idea but I have no clue why ppl go around saying Fortnite’s dead it’s not, but the only thing thats making it not dead is that little kids are playing it
No not really lol, look up Faze Sway's old videos. He was the OG fornite God. He practically invented 90s and he was on controller using those shit control schemes.
Definitely miss this fortnite. I remember being in 6th grade and coming home after school to download and play this game after I had heard about it. I remember I got into a random game of duos or squads and immediately got got knocked and died. Now, I’m in 10th grade. I sort of admire the new fortnite, but this one was the best. No tryhards, bots, building maniacs, and just toxic people in general.
I was in 4th grade I think 🤔 but first time I played played solos in season 3 dropped tilted clock tower and if I remember missed every shot I tried it’s sad because I have those memories imbedded in my brain but the things I’d do to experience them all over again is endless, now I’m in my first year of highschool chapter 3 no more pump old A.R’s are gone and O.G players that played for crazy fun are dang near extinct
22 minutes, that's enough to bring tears to my eyes. A legendary game that now sucks. I'm happy that i played fortnite at the beggining like him, that was so cool ! R.I.P old fortnite
Same I started back in season 3 and played until season 10 then played less and less but then when they added that blm event and a bunch of other politics I fully quit. 2 years later I played again and well it’s still trash. Play it occasionally though becuase it’s the only game I can play online with my brothers.
@@Jonlarm dude, you’re telling me politics in video games, indoctrinating kids, cringey TikTok emotes, insanely toxic community, constant money grabbers and crossovers every single season is good?
@@Jonlarm 1. Politics: BLM event which was just stupid. Everyone knows that organization is a scam. Rainbow royale, they’re shoving real life agendas down kids throats. And before you say “oHhh hOw Is ThAT PolItIcAL”, the way it’s being pushed nowadays is only political. They outright said “we’re coming for your children”. If that’s not grooming, then what is. Video games are supposed to be an escape from reality. 2. TikTok a part of modern day culture? If that’s the case then humanity is dead. TikTok is actually a fucking brainkilling disease, it’s like pouring acid on your brain. Not to mention who owns TikTok. 3. I never said anything is wrong with micro transactions, but the amount of crossovers they’re doing is actually fucking brutal. One if not multiple every single season. You can like it if you want, no problem. But ignoring things like that can’t happen. Especially if you’re going to suggest it to someone else. I’ll admit me out of nowhere saying “no it’s not” without stating it’s just my opinion was my fault, but it is best if I let you know the bad side of fortnite too. Know both sides of the story.
@@totallyaaron1686 I really like the new lighting. UE5's lumen is beautiful, but I still wish some of the weapons and props had more of the cartoony and unproportionate look to them. Not that they look bad or anything, just a preference of style for this game in particular
These were the good times. Almost everyone had the same skills, people rarely built every 5 seconds unless they were building a base, and things like textures and shaders were better. We also had a variety of traps that we won't ever see again unless you are playing save the world. They should release all the save the world weapons/items/props to creative and better settings, like auto run, and build delay for creative, then we could remake the better era.
Man i remember talking about this game all day with my friends, going back home on a cold winter day, make some hot chocolate, sit on my bed, and just play for hours… just laughing and having a good time
What a blast in the past. Classic Nostalgia! Shout out to anyone who played Fortnite battle royale/save the world in the year 2017, you guys, including me, are the true OG’s that started many memories and started Epic games progression. I started back in mid October of 2017, i can’t tell ya how much I really miss this map/weapons. If your reading this, I hope you have a good day today. Thanks Mikey for uploading this diamond in the rough 👍😇
I remember this! Cool thing before xp was introduced was when you bumped into someone pretty early, sometimes them or I would drop a shield or bandage, then they'd drop like a grey pistol or something to trade, and we had this unspoken understanding that it's too early in the match for either one of us to get blasted. We'd take eachother's dropped items and go our seperate ways. Happened to me maybe 5 times, it was awesome. Now it's like, gotta get the 100 elimination xp from that unarmed dude. Completely different experience, I miss it.
Yeah even now with Fortnite sorta actually being like it used to people can't just relax at the start of a game, like you only get 150 XP for elims and a level takes 80,000 so what does it matter.
i remember when I got home from school and turn on my PS4 to play it ... everyone was noob and the game was not as tiring as it is today! wanted this game to go back to how it was in season 1
I uninstalled fortnite 2 years ago cause it wasn't giving me fun anymore. Man when I watch these videos I get a load of nostalgia... The sounds, the weapon shots, the map, the low grafic that was perfect, no cars, no lakes to swim in...
well hopefully you can get some sense of nostalgia next month when they bring back chapter 1. It definitely wont be the same but hey it will be the closest thing to it
I am mc-pot-48 from this gameplay, this is my 1st time seeing this vid as i randomly came accross it and noticed my name in kill feed, i quit fortnite 1 year ago and now i moved on play games like rocket leauge, fifa e.t.c it was a fun experience seeing my old self in this
See this, THIS is the real fortnite. It was just about having fun, not a competitive game, it’s fine if it’s not balanced or has less content, I prefer that 1 million times over the bloated game we have now.
I remember when i was 7 and my oldest brother yelled to me and my other brother "Hey come test this new game" in Finnish. It was very cool to play a game like this when i was so young, it felt like a really violent war game. My mother didnt like it at all. I remember getting off from school and feeling so old when i got to play with older people. Fortnite gave me a strange feeling which i cant describe, but can feel. It was exciting. Always trying to win a solo match but dying at the end because of sweaty hands and over excitement. The feeling i had cannot be revived ever again, but i still remember what it was like.
It’s crazy that I was a 3rd grader when I downloaded this game, having the time of my life. I’m now a Freshman in High School having little or no time to even play games anymore.
@@fodderexperiencerequiem9092Lots of people love OG Fortnite cause how simple it was. No sweats, no crazy weapons, things like that. Even something so simple can feel nostalgic.
@@1326evolvedGodzilla season 7 is when fortnite started falling apart... Chapter 2 completely made it fall apart. The first time i entered chapter 2 i taught "wow, this is so cool! Everything looks so much cooler know!" but then i realise, what ive lost...
I remember just emoting in the locker or after getting a kill I just hit the default dance and sang its instrumental and just spammed the default dance. I remember how simple the game was without those cars.
I remember when me and my friend started playing this because it was free, saying it was training for when PUBG came out on Xbox... We all know how that went... Now fortnite is still one of my favorite games and I've made so many memories playing it
We should ask epic games to make a game mode of the first chapter, it would be the best, it would bring many players back, if we all ask epic that maybe it will become a reality ;)
Bro I’m so mad and sad cause I was at GameStop when the game came out and was going to get the game but my mom said no and my dad listened and a year later I got it but I missed out on all the good seasons
One time I was having an emotional day and I went into my locker and put on a old skin and went through pics and vids of my and other people playing fortnite I cried. I miss it all ❤😭
Lets all be honest. The game back then was barebones, we wouldn't like it as much as we do now, but it's still fun to look back on the old times. Season 4 and 10 was fun.
