One thing I HATE in the new season is being near the edges of the map and doing anything is all but impossible instead of the storm coming in 4 minutes like on OG it FLIES in on top of you in 1 minute 30 seconds

You are correct. By wave 4, everyone is within sight of each other. The storms close in much, much faster. And someone please explain how the orange storm circles work. I can’t figure it out.

@@MoneyManHolmes They aren't storm circles, if you're referring to on the map that is. Those are areas in which players who have collected a medallion are. The circles are smaller the more medallions they have. It's a way to balance that the medallions give you a shield syphon.

That’s the opposite of chapter 2, chapter 2 is where the advanced mechanics first started showing and the loot pool was normal in season 1 but the rest of the chapter was chaotic as hell

@@dustbuster people might get used to the new movement, but that doesn’t mean they’ll like it, especially the players who like to play the game at a faster pace with more action, and combined with the fact the new assault rifles kills people so fast, if you get caught out in the open with no tac sprint it’s just over for you. Speaking of walking who tf is gonna want to walk across the map to get to the circle? You could say “oh but they have vehicles” but not everyone in the game will be able to get a vehicle. Edit: and don’t forget about the shield breaker EMP on vehicles

One thing that's missing from the video is the sewer / manholes on some POIs that lead you to underground areas! They transport you just like the porta-potties did. Pretty awesome

If I’m being honest I don’t like the weapon customization certain weapons seem to kill way too fast while others feel like they give health to enemies, the locker UI I absolutely hate it man, it takes me longer to equip what I want but hopefully soon we can choose what versions of the UI we want

Loving pretty much this whole season so far. the crouching and normal movement are a strange one and the only one I dislike is the dailies becoming match quests. (if I don't have a crown i'm just going to do the match quest and leave the match to get the other ones done... lol)

They can add a joe skin when peter is knocked down. Imagine peter knocked out and becomes joe.

the new chapter just feels like a creative map. espiaccly the loot island new design- it looks like it was made in 5 mins on creative.

First impression: this season sucks. Why?: new movement and weapon mods. Reason: they are changing the game WAY to much. At first I thought tac sprint was to much but now it's horrible. The weapon mods are to much aswell imo. I'm not playing cod, im playing fortnite

I agree, there's too much going on lol. Gonna give it a few more days because I think I just need to get used to it (especially after regaining muscle memory from og), but there is no guarantee that it keeps me playing.

If they don’t revert back to the original movement, then mark my words, Chapter 5 will be the beginning of the end for this game - which, to be clear, is something I never thought would happen.

this movement is actually good, maybe if you give it more than five minutes to get used to it and have an open mind to change instead of being a baby and crying about it it will get better
