Something I really enjoy about playing reload is that the revive mechanic allows me to play a lot more aggressively and make risky plays without having to worry about throwing the game for my team. That is probably why I like this mode so much, as I love to play aggressively in games, but I can’t play like that in normal BR because the risk is so high.

I think the block should be added it fits the goals of reload perfectly

Ok hot prediction: they DONT do seasons based on past seasons. But they do seasons based on random themes like RR. Would be fun to have like sub-seasons with vastly differing lootpools

A mix of C2S7 - C3S2 would be an interesting one for the storyline fans

I hope Epic brings back some of the items that have long been forgotten. Shadow grenades. Planes or ballers with no fuel mechanic. Make Quads fly again. Hot peppers. So many items. Also, keep the map Ch1, but rotate items from the first 3 chapters. Everything started to get weird starting in Ch4.

I’m having a lot of fun playing this mode, but there’s a lot of potential. It would be cool if we had a small map based on old storyline seasons like the Cubes, The Seven, The I.O all in one.

All I can say is I feel sorry for the DEVs in Epic. They're doing their best to please the community, but the community is never satisfied. I think they brought this New Mode for the Cry-Babies so they can have their gun fight as it was in OG so the DEVs can move on with the new Chapter, but people are still demanding. Kudos to Epic. You have done really well so far. I know this message is not going to reach them, but still, Amazing Work. Thank you, Epic.

I think one thing they should do, similar to Ressurgence, when going solo, you should get your own timer, where istead of waiting, you need to survive for, that way, if you do survive after the timer, you can respawn

Fortnite has always had Roguelite elements since the beginning (choosing where you land, your loot not beong guaranteed, every encounter being different) and I feel like this faster and more replayable mode offers so much potential. I think they should add in rift events from Chapter 4 (every new storm circle rift in a few little things, maybe an NPC or that three-llama rock) and make certain weapons POI-locked to increase replayability and diversifying gameplay (perhaps burst assault rifles in only Lazy Laps, perhaps only the grenade launchers in Tilted, etc)

The thing that gets to me about Reload is that for a long time, it’s been really, REALLY easy to make something almost exactly like it using creative/UEFN, but since something like that isn’t easy to market or clickbait in the discovery tab, the “Reload-esque” mini-BR maps with OG styles that I’m sure people have been making were never going to get popular. It’s only now, when Epic themselves has made and marketed it, that people are realizing this concept exists and may be exactly what they’ve been looking for. Epic really needs to completely redesign the discovery tab and how they determine which maps to push out.

My number one hope for this mode is for them to add multiple maps on a rotation, like with Apex. They’re smaller maps, made using old poi’s and landmarks, and it would make this gamemode perfect. I don’t think it’s necessary to lock content in the traditional “season” format. For example let’s say they make a map using Chapter 1 Season 8 as the base. Add the volcano poi, Lazy Lagoon, Sunny Steps and some pirate ruins dotted around. This maps gimmick could be the guyers around the map to help squads push up to high ground for example. Or if you wanted to use a newer season, look at Ch4 S2. Mega City is the perfect central location, and the map can have loads of grind rails connecting areas, with the more traditional buildings (I can’t remember the poi names) around the outskirts, and so on. But, keeping the current Reload map in rotation too. So one game, you have that basic chapter one plains, along side the more height oriented Ch4S2 map, or the movement based S8 maps. And when we reach a point where there’s too many maps, then they could put them on a weekly schedule. The current season map stays around for a month or so, whilst the rest are maybe rotated in or out every two weeks or so. It’s not like Epic can’t do map rotations either because they already proved they can because of Ranked Rocket Racing. All you’d need is to replicate that formula and your golden. The only issue would be possible game size increases, because you’d have to every map stored, but if they did do the bi-weekly rotation, then old maps could always be temporarily removed from the files and added back once they needed. If they do this, I reckon more people will comeback or play another round, simply because of the variety. Anyway thanks for coming to my Ted Talk 😭

Its basically bo4 blackout alcatraz which is amazing. Its fast paced fun. Love it. Its the only BR i've been playing since the car nerfs. Its simply fun.

1. Spawn protection for 3-5 seconds (after dying) 2. Better respawn loot ( AR, shotgun, 200 mats, and a medkit or minis. ) 3. More variety in mobility/ add more mobility. 4. Make shotguns a little more common ( more of a personal preference thing ) And that’s about it for now, get back to you later!

I'm a huge fan of the mode and its premises. There shouldn't be chaotic, overpowered vehicle mechanics like UFOs, cars, or mechs. Reload is meant to be a breath of fresh air from the typical Battle Royale chaos. I hope Epic realizes the divisions within their player base and adjusts the game accordingly. Fortnite's branding is about offering experiences for everyone, and Reload is a great but long-overdue step in that direction! :)

I think reload should’ve had a loot pool that was constantly changing like every match different weapons were in and some were out like 1 match the flapjack rifle is in the next the scoped pistol etc

they should bring back voting for this game mode, imagine next week they dropped a vote either between a map change or a loot pool change

Big thing for me is the OG gun sounds. Im talkin ESPECIALLY AR and Pump and Bolt. But the most of all, is the OG headshot sound. If you noticed, there is none, it just sounds like a body shot.

What's really holding it back for me is it being squads only, if they add duos,trios hopefully even solos I would play it sooo much more. And to one more thing I feel would help the the experience of it would be adding like 8-14 seconds to each zone, I feel like it's just slightly too fast pace imo.

I really hope they realize how good this is for the game and keep it in whilst continuing to develop it

Honestly, Storm King weapons would go hard in a Fortnitemares Reload map.

I got to try it yesterday and today and I had a really good time honestly. I wasn’t interested at first because I don’t have a consistent squad I can play with, so if we can get a duos option, I’ll be satisfied

I love Resurgence from Warzone because how fast paced it is but still giving you time to react to gunfire and getting shot, and this new mode I fkin love it, yeah it’s OG which is fine but would’ve liked to see something that fits more with the season but man it’s still good the loot pool, POIs, and keeping the new features that weren’t in OG

so they could also make it solos how it would work is when you spawn in you have to survive a certain amount of time to earn a revive and btw thats how cod does it

Add duos and trios and add seasons that are a mashup of old seasons like combining old seasons and also update it every 2 weeks so it doesn't get boring and then it's perfect

Fortnit should put weapons that we never even seen before like old concepts that fortnite made but never put in the BR old ideas that never saw the light like the zaptron

They should put OG sounds back in. EX. OG scar and bolt action sniper

This Gamemode has great potential to bring back past seasons in a way other than replacing the BR temporarily. I’d love to see a mini-map based on Chapter 4 and 3 with POIs like Command Cavern, Eclipsed Estate, Mega City, Reality Tree, etc.

You are so right about the weapons. The 'Reload' weapons feel so much better and it really impacts having a fun playing experience.

This mode actually slaps hard. I enjoy it a lot. 1. The pace is a good fast pace. It’s not too fast but at a speed where you can’t just camp. 2. The sweat. People over time have gotten so used to mythic weapons, crazy mobility that you can barely shoot, and playing the game without even thinking about your next move. 3. Pressure. No bots to get easy kills. No AI shooting. Just you want your team. The pressure of staying with your team is even more important, but also not as important depending on how good your team can play. 4. The reward. I’ve felt more rewarded playing this mode than I have in Regular Fortnite for literally 2 and a half years. I’ve been crazy hype winning matches in this mode because I know played against 36 other REAL players. They will continue to build and add to it. But for a test start, this is GREAT!!

They should do how apex does it and have a rotation of maps every hour, one hour is a mini Chapter 1, next is a mini Chapter 2, then a mini Chapter 3 before it loops.

I feel like for the Season mixing, that should be a completely different mode. The story behind it could be that the Time Machine from Ch4S4 goes haywire, colliding different timelines and bringing back different parts of two different seasons at a time. That would be a cool mode, and that would also fit the name Fortnite Fusion better

A thing I would love to see in the future for the game mode if it is permenant is a mini battle-pass just like how almost every other game mode has one, I think that this could give people more of an incentive to play more at a frequent pauses as they have a goal to actually keep playing. As for the mini battle-pass I feel it should be 1 REALLY good skin, I think it should be a remixed OG skin that is a progressive skin, like Omega, Ragnarok and Drift, i also think it would be cool if it was reactive, maybe by kills, or healing, really anything. As it would feel more worth your money!

I think something they could do is maybe make LTMs out of this mode, of course idk if they will cause we can’t get any for current BR, but I think they could totally do LTMs.

Maybe if they added different match mods like double pump or extra health/shield to make the games seem more fun each time, making every round seem different and crazy

This mode concerns me from an implication standpoint, if there is always a higher playerbase in this mode, I fear it will make epic too afraid to try new things, due to the playerbases hesitance because “it’s not like old fortnite so it’s bad”

I think season implementations would be great, I hope the seasons would make the map a tad bit bigger like the ice cap in season 7.

Dunno if you'll say it in the video, but imo Map Rotation would be a nice experiment for this mode, as its just small maps, and it would be nice to have rotations of different POI remix maps.

I wonder if after ch2 OG we will see a ch2 mode or even another playlist to Fortnite Reload where it has an all new map with ch2 POI'S and new POI'S that fit ch2's style

this gamemode would be the perfect opportunity to bring back the classic animations just for this mode, and save the world, and as an option in uefn, the og map looks so weird with the hunchbacks of the new animations lmao

They should make it to where you can still respawn on a team wipe until halfway through the match and keep your loot when you die but drop it all on a team wipe or just when you lose the game.

I heard a good idea, do the winter, summer, hallooween events here with a minipass with remixes and new versions of OG skins like some of them leaked in the surveys... Like Festival pass but more theme oriented to the event

A mix of Two seasons of would be cool. Like C2S8 - C3S4 I agree add save the World weapon in this mode. I know there were some planned during chapter 1 but never happened.

They should just do it like Warzone Resurgence now, have a rotating set of different maps instead of permanently changing it every few seasons

Another idea is keep the core poi's there but also have have like maybe 2 be randomized each match like have it loot lake be it season x counter part or titled being neo tilted but keep it to the good core poi's that are mostly liked or remembers no boney burbs and stuff

Got me to redownload right away while its hard because its a multiplayer and eventually you play against sweats. But man do I love playing on the old chapter 1 poi and I can swim on the damn map

I'd love them to test out The Block in Reload. Have one POI that could be fan made in UEFN and swap it out bi-weekly. I've been learning UEFN like crazy and they could easily make a Template and put it right on the first page when you log in to create a new game.

Definitely a W LTM/New Mode (not sure which yet). I like the idea of the fusion of seasons, but I think they should replace one POI every 1 or 2 weeks, slowing the changing of the map instead of updating it all at once. Also, I think they need to take their time with this LTM and add in as many POIs from each chapter as possible. If they rush the process, it wouldn’t be no time before the Reload map has Chapter 5 Locations like Reckless Railways (which I personally don’t want). If they began to reuse POIs (like if they took out Pleasant for a month then brought it back), people would get used to the returning locations and get bored. Also, either the return of old utility items (storm flip, junk rift, port-o-forts) or the creation of new ones would also spice things up. I think what a lot of people miss about OG Fortnite was those fun and creative weapons and items that would kill in unique ways, and (if I’m not mistaken) they are planning on adding some of those back. Even if we don’t get an update for a while, I’m very happy with this mode.

They should make different maps that get cycled daily or weekly, to get rid of FOMO. If you don't like the current map, just wait a day or week and it would be different.

I agree, fortnite reload should be a permanent game mode 🎮, that mix’s up certain chapters & seasons together 💿🔥, they should do seasons for this game mode like Lego 🧱, racing🏎️, & festival🎸, I’d also like a season pass for this game mode that remixes or redesigns old skins 🥷 for every newer season, and yes, fortnite has a massive weapon collection 📚, and I think it’s time for this game mode to re show off their massive loot pool of weapons 🔫that they haven’t used in years!!!!!, also fortnite reload saved Fortnite for me, I haven’t had this much fun with game ❤ since Fortnite OG, I just want hitscan weapons, familiar locations, and weapons to be in the game and I’m happy 👍🏾

You are very right about the weapons, the reload guns just feel as good as they used to be, now I really dislike the chapter 5 guns

Tbh the map should be way bigger, there just isnt big enough for the amount of squads

Maybe they can put in lik forgotten concepts skins as NPCs we can see the skin before they may decide put item shop these NPCs can give you some cool special abilities

At the moment I dig fortnite reload. Very simple, intense, and enjoyable. Once they add solo, duos, and trios it will be much better. I think they should create multiple maps and matchmake players into these maps randomly, mess with loot pools with these maps, and even rotate the possible seasons in reload accordingly to the current seasons and themes

I feel they should add some limit on how much you can reboot because I swear I kill someone one million times and the I go fight another team when reboots turn off and they third party and win the game. It’s just kind of annoying.

They should add a ranked version to make it more playable for everyone

Maybe it's something only an OG can relate to but as someone who only started playing in chapter five these weapons don't feel great they're a bit clunky in comparison to the new ones

Also an idea is when u get a kill with siphon it should also reload your sprint

I think reload is great and the concept of doing a remix of other seasons sounds really fun. Honestly my biggest opinion on this is that they need to keep it as like a last resort for people who like Fortnite as a game but don’t like the current season. That way when people like me don’t like the season we have at least somewhere to go to play with the core fighting/building mechanics of Fortnite with a bit of a spin on it.

Chapter 1 Season 9 and Chapter 2 Season 6 would be and Interesting season fusion between the Future and the Past.

i think reload should remix elements of the past seasons stories like say the aliens come back but instead of the IO fighting them with their countermeasures and high tech whatever its the spies from season 2 and they have to do whatever it is they do or the heist crew from ch4 s4 have to steal something super important from the IO and you can do fan submissions for the trailers for upcoming content and even let the winner add something like a weapon or small poi to the map

I feel like removing the infinite revives until your team all dies or it gets disabled is make It so everyone gets 3 revives and they cycle through them on every death so it punishes you for dieing instead of rewarding for playing like a mad man (even though that's like really fun and shouldn't work as well as it does)

What I don’t want to see is the complete removal of Pleasant, Loot Lake, Tilted, and Retail. Those 4 POIs are Within my top 5, and they’re POIs I feel the game has been lacking. Even STW has them (well, Tilted and Loot Lake aren’t in STW but Pleasant most certainly is.) As much as I don’t like Chapter 2’s map, I did love that it had Retail, Risky, and Pleasant. I also loved how Chapter 3 had Loot Lake and Tilted. If Reload had a drive in theatre and Desert and Snow biome, it would be the perfect map. I’m fine with them removing the combo POIs, those are the perfect ones to change (not that they’re bad, they’re just fairly small and seem perfect to add on too/change), but I don’t want to see the best POIs in the game get removed. I also hope they add the driftboard, that was so fun in OG. I think I played every game on a driftboard that season, it was so fun to do tricks on and fight on.

Even though this is SORT of like Chapter 1 it will never be or FEEL the same. Even though it find it to be fun (since I despise the bullet travel of this current chapter), there are a lot of issues with it that I just don’t find any satisfaction with it. Besides the lobbies being competitively aggressive: -there are an absurd cluttered number of loot (there’s an extremely rare chance to find exotics or mythics, but every chest/floor loot is just infantry rifles, lever actions and pistols) -locked in squads (Totally aware of them implementing the other team modes but playing with randoms that have no idea what they doing/or forcefully dropping into Tilted 😑 is such an absolute pain)

Reload should have have a lot of fun items like ( shock wave hammers kinetic blades pizza etc)not to Many though with low chances of getting them so it feels special when u get them and not to many so it doesn't feel like random bs when u fight them Or have a rare chances to get a mythic gun and why not just put like half of them in there it would make killing the peron so rewarding but also make sure it ain't a overpowered mythic
