It is fun and if we look back to when leakers said there will be mods for cars, most if not ALL content creators were very excited and said they couldn't wait, but now that we're there, they are complaining. What were they expecting? Of course the cars were going to be OP. I love this season. I also loved Ch2 S6 and Ch4 S3 which very few players liked. I don't know what others look for when they play, but I am always a fan of change in gameplay, biomes and weapons. It keeps me coming back. I am 47 and I play with another guy over 50 and we enjoy everything about Fortnite and our kids do as well.
I know clixs would be mad if I killed him with a car he try to say that I’m less skilled than he is but the problem is he still died to me anyway and i would have a better placement than he did. he seems to not understand that fornite is not a one v one game it’s a game of war where the last person or squad standing wins it does not matter how you kill a player as long as the method is legal and you get the kill anyway. All of the pros have pride but I think bugha is better about it than clix is because unlike him he won a fncs but clix did not which is probely why he always needs to prove he’s better than everyone else which leads to clips like that one where he got shotgunned to death in the final two. You can tell from the clip he thinks he cannot be killed hence his shocked expression when he died.

Ok so you think building becoming useless and not being able to jse any guns is the best way to play fortnite im playing with friends and we aren't have fun we have not died to any gun just cars this seasonus worse than primal
I think Fortnite should lowkey keep the projectile type bullets but make the bullet travel significantly faster as well as significantly reducing bullet Drop. And the problem with weapon mods is that each of attachments only serve one purpose instead of having a multitude of pros and cons just like CoD attachments. I would also like if Fortnite added a couple sensitivity sliders to were you can change the sensitivity for each different zoom type so that close zooming scopes are more manageable to aim with.
Fortnite with omni movement as well as 360 prone diving and aiming down sights while airborne (like in STW) with an addition of shoulder swapping would fix Fortnite's gun play and would be dope as hell for chapter 6!

There’s a chance that they will turn it into a steam train in the later times of chapter 5 season three because if you claim the loot Island you get a new deagle called the conductors deagle and I’m guessing that they’re gonna change the train to be a boss fight against the wanderer and usually conductors are in steam trains rather than diesel trains so hopefully we’ll get something about that.
Conductors are in all railroad consists regardless of era or locomotive type. The fireman was exclusive to steam locomotives hence the name. Conductors are simply the ones that keep the train on time and deal with the daily paper work as well as making sure the consist is secure. Fingers still crossed for a steam locomotive.
I would still argue that some of Fortnite's identity is being lost, and a significant part of that was Donald Mustard leaving the company. He was the Chief Creative Officer of Epic Games. He doesn't deserve all the credit for Fortnite's vision, but he was a large contributor to that vision. He put so much passion into the game. And he contributed a lot to Fortnite's story. I think the ongoing narrative in BR gave Fortnite some of its identity, and it's most been absent since Chapter 3. Apart from Season OG, Chapters 4 and 5 felt like filler content. What stories that were told were self contained. There were some filler Seasons in the past, but there was also connective tissue, like the Zero Point, I.O., and the Seven. Jonesy is still around, but his role has been significantly reduced since Chapter 3, almost never appearing in Chapter 4, and doing very little in Chapter 5 beyond rescuing Peely. The biggest thing for me is that Fortnite feels overwhelming and unnecessarily complex, snd BR is getting lost in the shuffle.
Listen, i'm not a competitive player but damn Chapter 5 has been the worst experience for me, the concepts, maps, weapons i dislike everything about this game and i don't even play anymore, but i saw that coming, i already not really liked chapter 4. The problem for me is that i played Fortnite since the begining for it's simplicity and when chapter 3 brought back a map similar to Chapter 1 i wanted the game to stay like that, but what the did to this chapter but cutting it to 4 seasons kind of killed my love for this game. That's it, that's just my thought.

I don’t get the sentiment that the game would die. The game hasn’t died at all yet so where is the metric to justify this? Based on objective stats, this season is the worst preforming chapter 5 season and one of the worst preforming seasons of all time. The most best preforming seasons are the ones where chapter 1-2 and season og which is recent. Sure if the game stayed stagnant since season 1 but that’s an extreme that we all know doesn’t apply currently. Certain games like tf2 still thrive to this day so it would never truly die.

If the casuals don’t like it then that should reflect the failure that this season was. People shouldn’t just suck it up and play a game they don’t like to appease the minority of those that do. Competitive players play this game for a job and have too much at stake to care about others having fun. Outside of gameplay, the performance has been getting a lot worse for switch, old gen, and phones as a result of bulky cars driving around. If you enjoy the game, fine. However people are going to complain since it’s an unpopular season and you equally are just going to have to deal with them.
Damn man this is the least I played Fortnite, is certainly fun but there’s nothing that brings me into the game unfortunately, been playing a lot of Warzone resurgence love the movement there and Minecraft modded, hoping for Fortnite next season to have something that seems interesting, this is just me and even my friends who are rank players don’t even have interest in this season, again it looks fun and the few times I did play had a blast but it just isn’t doing it for me
5:38 also lmfao the Cod community also gets mad when they make innovations which I think is sorta valid because the devs will make a good change but either the micro transaction are the main focus for set game or the maps aren’t good, a good example was 2019, great movement, weapon kits, and upgraded engine but the problem was the weak perk system and the 9 launch maps that were just bad still tho cmon if you’re buying a yearly franchise you’re doing it to yourself

So many people carrying on about hitscan, i can only assume this is some kind of aim bot seeing as beyond that ive never heard of it and i personally don't notice a difference beyond the so called pro players missing more shots. Seems to me its all about your own skills now and not the aim assist or aim bits people are using to cheat! Yeah that applies to modded controllers as well as the cheats people use via pc, if you cant ppay the game and have fun without using mods or fheats then dont ruin it for everyone else.

Its like saying have chapter 1 - 4 islands back all year round, looping through the seasons weapons pools forever. The game evolves and players should too...
Then casuals shouldn't complain when sweats double their kill count. Seriously, this game has gotten chaotic but hella easy to get kills with all of these OP items. My squad kill average used to be 15-20 kills but now it's easy to get past 30 and we even made it to 42 kills two days ago. Not a single gun on my loadout either, you don't even need guns at this point. I know fortnite changes each season and that's part of what kept me around but this season just felt like a whole new game.
I believe that Epic should've started off Chapter 5 by taking the "default" weapons (basically just what the Ch2S1 lootpool was) and made those weapons moddable. Probably would've been smoother but we can't know for sure. The players who want OG get some OG feel and the players who want new stuff get some new stuff too
I just think car fighting is literally brain dead activities and it’s way too op still this far into the season. I’ve had fun this season but only when playing with other ppl solos is just horrible
This is a bad take. This season is what Fortnite needed because it is the most fun I have ever had in Fortnite and it fulfills a niche that we never had before. We needed and wanted this and people that don't like it can run and play Apex Legends or whatever and I can have fun playing Fortnite.
As much as i dislike chapter 5, i dont think we should jump to chapter 6 after og, i think 2-3 year chapters are way better and allow for the maps to be more memorable, because i can not remember the c3/4 maps for the life of me
Also on the change subject, I think changes amazing for Fortnite as long as other ways to play are viable, like the season I genuinely enjoyed not using the cars and fighting cars since it’s a lot easier now
Hello. What you don’t see from the bigger picture is that Epic is using more and more the Battle Royal to promote the other game modes. Cars for Rocket Racing and Rocket League, Metallica update for Festival, Star Wars update for Lego. Now they use Battle Royale to force sell at monstruos prices car skins, decals, wheels etc. Meantime the shop is bgger, uglier, poor in good skins and more expensive. Not to mention that to proof the general opinion that this season is awful stands low player count in this period. Fortnite is not dying but is not in a good spot. So stop talking about fun in this season, there is not.
I just don't care for this season and that's okay. Not every season is gonna be for everyone. Rant starts here: I just don't like fighting a dude with a car that is like 5 health bars, and then he rocket fists away and runs away in a brand new car like it was no big deal. I just stopped caring. There was no drawback for him losing a car because there are so many on the map that they can just set up and run away in. Worse now with the awful ride the lightning mythic just gives them another ability to run away with, as well as it's terrible aim ability. Honestly, I'd rather be fighting water bending from last season... and that was god awful with how people sniped you from across the map... but if you had one it was great fun. I might hope into the battle royale to do the quests, but I'm not playing it for fun because to me it's not. I got my win and my umbrella... that's all that matters to me. The sweeping changes they made this chapter has also been pissing me off with the bullet drop off, skin rarities, the changes to the ui, and especially movement(which still feels terrible to me and I can't place why).
