Dude the original Star Fox ost has vibes unlike any other entry in the series, which I think is kind of a shame, how hard the other games lean into orchestral. Some real catchy tunes in this one

Had this playing in the background while in another window. Legitimately thought this was the SNES original--it's incredible how accurately you've captured the sound and feel. Amazing work.
In the original Star Fox, all of the stages in space used orchestral style music (Sector X/Y/Z, Space Armada, Venom Airspace). The planets on the other hand took a more upbeat "band" approach (Corneria, Titania, Fortuna). Star Fox 2 did something similar as well. All of the later games just went for orchestral, so it'll seem kind off putting to someone who never played the SNES games. I kinda wish they kept the old direction personally, though that's not to say the new direction is bad.
@@LeElsian I liked more the Original Star Fox approach to music, Star fox 64 and beyond sounds ike generic orchestra most of the time to me. I only know some of the 64 songs because Smash doesn't remix anything else except two songs from the series.
