It can also be caused by having to wear a neck brace for weeks on end because that is the position your head is in for how ever long you are in it. I have been working with my hubby to try and correct this. I will show him this!
But isn't it also important that we try to expand our lungs/chest to their fullest every so often to keep good expansion to our lung capacity? Something I've learned from many through the 'past few years' is that it's important to breathe deeply, expand the lung tissue, stretch it out and clear any mucosal buildup that could threaten our ability to heal, if we encounter an upper respiratory condition where it would be more difficult to clear out because of lack of lung/muscle agility when needed?
