@@kaiserjager2754 You reach a high note by attacking a lower one and pulling the sound up. It’s called scooping if the note is close, hooking if it is farther away from the intended target.If you listen to much of Nucci you’ll see what I mean. Late Milnes does it too.

Nucci non mi ha mai convinto. E' un cantante senza gusto, e specialmente nella recitazione è diventato sempre più caricaturale e forzato. Ma qui devo dire che, complice la gioventù, si è superato. D'altra parte quell'edizione della Forza con Giacomini, Nucci, Price, Giaiotti, fu veramente il non plus ultra.
