this should be done with HUD and nametags off, so if they wanna use NPC cars and hide in plain sight. would be a cool option! and maybe have actual friends play as civillians so if cops wrongly identify you, you gotta touch base back or something

I felt that they should have disabled name stages and mini maps but the criminal gets to use the mini map for a certain amount of time every once and a while, to use almost like a cop scanner.
