Forza Horizon Music Extended: Main Theme (Porter Robinson - Language) 

I don't know you guys, but this Forza was more alive than the others, you can clearly see in the main menu how the people is acting with others, taking pictures, talking, eating with their cars on the side. This Forza was a masterpiece!

The times when racing game music actually sound good

I just realized the comparison. In the latest Forza Horizon's, it's all about who gets first place and in what car they did it in. From the loading screens alone I can see that this game...it's more alive. The people are sitting on their cars, greeting friends, hugging and talking with each other, having picnics, taking selfies, and walking around with their dates. From what I can see in a single play-through of all the opening credit slides...Forza Horizon 1 was a story. It wasn't just about the cars, it was about the people who drove them. It was a game that was truly alive.

I remember being so hyped at 13 that I was playing the demo daily until launch day, and jamming out to this on the menu. I can't believe I have such intense nostalgia for something that happened only six years ago.

Cruising around red rock with buddies along with this soundtrack are some of the best memories I have from my 10 years of gaming :) I lost contact with all of them and this song reminds me of those good times.

The graphics for forza horizon 1 were still outstanding I think that they can contest against some of the games we have in 2016

Once it got to 1:01 I felt the shot of nostalgia. I used to turn my xbox on and just watch the intro over and over again because not only did I love the CARS but the MUSIC was a whole different dimension for me. Thanks for posting this. I broke my xbox a long time ago and watching this doesn't make me miss watching it

This song was such a hit in this game. It really encapsulated the sense of freedom and speed you get in-game with this on the background. Very iconic, much more than the ones in FH2 and FH3.

when there's horizon 5 already released. you back to horizon 1 and see how far we have come. if you are a player from horizon 3 or higher version you will never know how good is horizon 1 in our heart

I am a major fan of Forza horizon 1, I loved this game. little story time.. during the peak of this game when I was literally playing for hours on end I had a crazy dream, I remember it even 10 years from now cause how vivid it was. I was standing in an open field, I was with 3 other drivers, it was dusk, and the stars were coming out. I had my Bluetooth on my ear go off, the girl telling me to hurry back to the festival, a big event was going on or something. I looked at the other guys and they nodded and grinned and said the last one there has to buy us dinner. I smiled and I jumped into my GTR R35 and we all took off driving insanely fast like how we drive in the video game. I was in the rear and we were snaking in formation, dodging cars, driving next to each other. I could see them smile at me as we pass back and forth. And here's the most vivid part I remember from the dream. the point of view changes into third person, I am now overlooking my car . this intro song starts playing and I see fireworks going off, the stars are bright and my view moves upward in the sky and I overlook my little group of friends driving into the festival in the distance and then I wake up. I literally cried happy tears. thank you if you made it this far lol, its a dream that stuck with me all these years. Happy 10 year anniversary Forza! Crazy how much the graphical clarity improved from FH1 to FH3. 4 years, one console change... still impresses me.

Never owned an Xbox. I would always go to Walmart when my parents when grocery shopping and I would play the demos they would have set up at the game section. I would look up at the screen for about an hour every visit and would always play Forza. That was when my dad was still around. He’s gone now but the memories with this game and me growing up. I would always hum and sing this song. It’s how I discovered Porter Robinson 8 or so years later. I can’t say I don’t miss the old times but I’m here now. I got this game to thank for, even if it was just the demo. More than enough for me to cherish the little bit of childhood I remember having.

I like Horizon 1 because IT ACTUALLY FELT LIKE A FESTIVAL. The new ones don’t have that appeal., even the menu helps it out. This one, you had tents, trailers, cutscenes, and a story.

When devs actually gave games a *Soul.* There was emotion in this game like no other forza game can replicate, the *music,* cars, Graphics, and all the other mechanics. All put together to make the Greatest Forza to ever grace this earth. At this rate we will never get a game with the soul that this one created. I blame this game for my love in cars. I remember going to Black Friday with my parents and my dad got me this game. I was excited to play it, and I’m glad he got that game for me. I thought it looked amazing and racing games couldn’t get any better than that, but I was wrong. No Forza game will probably beat the original Horzion.

I came back here to listen to the best main menu music a game could ever have. So many memories that it made me smile ear to ear hearing this music again. I remember back when I was really into cars and building them and racing them and having car meets and staying out all night. Fun times for sure. Now we are all old and have our own families and responsibilities to worry about. No more car stuff unfortunately. :(

FH1 will always hold a special place in my heart. This game just felt so alive. From the races, to the cutscenes, the festival. 😫😭

I really want them to at least make the next horizon set somewhere like Colorado or generally the western states of the US. Or they could just remaster this game. I still think this is one of the best horizons, it would look beautiful if they remastered this.

This is the one. I kinda hate how in the newer ones you show up as some "superstar". And they just give you 5 brand new cars as soon as you show up. Looking back, i just loved how you show up to the festival in a clapped out 95 Volkswagen. Makes the whole just bring what you got and enjoy the festival vibe feel that much more authentic.

Man im ngl bro 😪 🤧 this game and the music got me through some rough times. Not being old enough at that time to actually drive being 13, being able to hop on talk with my best friends and cruise night or day we were always on. Dealing with girlfriends and break ups.

Now let’s fast forward to 2018, such an incredible process over the years. This song gives me such a nostalgic feeling, sitting there at GameStop playing the demo wishing to play it at home!

I've been playing this game for like 2 years from now and it's already bringing back some memories.

fh1 was my first xbox 360. it was included for my xbox 360. this startup screen was the first thing i saw to an actual game and the first time playing a console game. seeing the sunsets were always hitting me with emotions. it hits me harder today bc it reminds me of my early childhood memories. i was 6 at the time this came out and i got it 1 or 2 years later and feel in love with it. fh1 will always be the game i started becoming a gamer and was my first ever game i got. i would have enjoyed going offroad in this game but fh1 didn't have it but that didn't stop me from playing it. this moment of the game will always be a special moment for me and will always be a part of my life. i did get tired of it but i revisited it recently along with fh2. this game had a story compare to the other fh games. it was also the only game with cutscenes. just watching the title screen just tells me it is a beautiful game due to the lighting and graphics. my favorite part of the title screen song was when it kicked in like 10 seconds later. the the end of the song always reminds me of the og xbox typ feeling idk why. in general this game is a peace of art till this day. colorado was just the perfect place for the first fh game to take place. becoming the king of horizon festival was a good ending but i also noticed none of the newer games have talked about horizon 2012 festival. not even made a reference to the first game and that it self is a let down to the other fh games. in fh2 you never get welcomed back but besides that i enjoy the new fh games but the first is the best. fh1 will always be remambered as the game everyone loved and took a part of their lifetime. thinking about the number of fh games. we are already at fh5 in just 10 years compare to gta 5. we might get fh10 in 10 years. fh1 was not only about racing it was also about the beauty of it. the graphics and the sunsets in general.

This was such a wonderful game. The environments felt alive...and I've rarely felt that way about a game since. So much fun racing with friends/beating their times, and enjoying these moments. Really takes you back to simpler times. Thanks for uploading.

I will never forget sitting on my stupid little wooden rocking chair and playing this game, this game is one that I will never forget and started my love for cars. This will never leave my heart as the intro to video games and cars, I miss when life was chill.

I remember having 10 yo back then, have met a lot of pepole, great pepole. I still have many of them on my friendlist on Xbox, sadly they're offline for years. I would give a lot to comeback to those years, that was so much fun, this game is so nostalgic now

Forza 1 is the only one I didn't play, but being here with my experience from the other games, I feel so at home. Although I never played it, I still get mad nostalgia when hearing this. Forza 2 was the only game I played for a long time.

I only got the game in 2015, but hOooly shit were the graphics considered realistic for a 360 game, it was very fun and hard, and it took quite a long time to complete ( took me around a month to complete, every car, every race, everything. )
