the sound , sadly , is better. still dont get why. but i think the graphics are better on gt5 and 6. a bit more reallistic. But of course forza 2 is years older.

Naw only the old forza did stuff like that. And actually made street sport and race exhaust all sound different and have different tones or notes too. I think forza went backwards in alot of areas tbh. Just to sacrifice for graphics and wow factor. But the details and depth of stuff like that is part of that wow factor and idk if they realize it anymore. And I remember all the old tuning company cars too like mugen and top secret and stuff. But to mention open lobbies. I miss old forza ! Lol

Great observation man, I think the same as well. Since I was a child, I always knew that the sound of a vehicle distinguished it's state of what's happening inside and out. Engine and wheels.

People talk bad about forza but I think it's cause they focus so much on vehicles they forget the environment (lighting, sounds) plays a huge role in how one overcomes the road

VTEC (Variable Valve Timing and Lift Electronic Control) is a system developed by Honda to improve the volumetric efficiency of a four-stroke internal combustion engine (i.e. improved economy). The VTEC system uses two camshaft profiles and hydraulically selects between profiles. It was invented by Honda engineer Ikuo Kajitani. It is distinctly different from standard VVT (variable valve timing) which advances the valve timing only and does not change the camshaft profile or valve lift in any way.

HachiRoku I like the NSX a lot. But I don't think that they sound good enough in forza to deserve a place on my countdown.
