If only Gran Turismo and Forza could join teams. The physics and attention to quantity of Gran Turismo with the nit-picky attention to detail as far as design, looks, and sound of Forza. Gran Forza.

Why does the Forza guys come here just to insult GT? Go for what you like more and be gone. GT offers you 37 tracks, many with weather and time change, TV style replays, about 400 premium cars at launch, a course maker which works with your GPS for real layouts coming soon. Forza offer a few cars and 14 tracks with an awful replay mode, but it has good sound and customization. So stop bitching about GT because even with bad sounds it's better than Forza 5.

the reason forza 5 has less cars and tracks is because every car has a fully detailed interiors in every vehicle and they lazer scan every inch of track to get every aspect and detail of the course

Dude i love GT series but it's time to do something about engine sounds.

i play both forza 4, horizon and gran turismo i love them both for different reasons forza for the sound and graphics but the gameplay and building cars is more realistic in GT.

They both have their pros and cons. I grew up playing GT and absolutely loved it.. (still do) Then Forza came out and unfortunately it had better features and way better sounds so I started playing it over GT. For GT to win me back they'll have to do better with customization and a lot better with sound effects lol. I mean its 2014.. you think they could do a little better with the sound effects.. :-/

hope a new gran turismo comes out for ps4 :) ... that would be amazing ... hopefully soon

i play gt since gt 1. Recently i bought xbox 360 with forza 4 and horizon and it's amazing. There's some stuff that you don't have like in gt like horn, turning lights on and off, and mechanic customization ( i'm not refering to the car parts, i'm talking about those configs you change when you have new parts installed) but there's better stuff like awesome rims, better detailed cars, better engine sounds (this one means a LOT to me) and you can personalize your car esthetically, you can add all vinyls you want and create whatever you want. forza 4 is for racing in track, horizon for cruising and for fun. You GT guys should try it before talking ;). Sorry my bad english.

It looks crappy because its online. Looks soooo much better when youre in simulation!!! You can see every lil tiny detail. The graphics in online mode are like that so it wont lag or skip etc. Just watch the commercials for GT6....THATS how it REALLY looks!

I say all they have to do is fix the sound but damn this game looks fucking awesome

Wow i'm impressed that you can meet up with your friends and fuck around like this now in GT. I was always a Forza guy but I don't remember them having these clubs. Very cool shit man. I drive a new 5.0 so im a muscle car guy myself but I'd tune out a little 4 banger for shits and giggles. It's too bad that GT hasnt come out on the PS4 yet. It would def be hard to go back to PS3 just to play this game with the graphics looking like that.

Ok, let's compare the obvious here. I own PS3,PS4,360,ONE. Ok, we're clear on this right? This is a non biased comparison. GT - Was the only sim game for console worth playing. UNTIL Forza came out. BOTH at that time were equally comparable, and I was impressed with Forza's engine/turbo sounds from the get go, and felt better immersion when playing for long periods of time. GT - has released the "6" version which we all know is NO different than the 5, in terms of graphics and physics. This was of course a marketing technique, to keep the current GT clients happy while other brands and franchises were releasing new products. Which I'm okay with, although I never purchased anything after GT5 for the PS3. I still felt up until finishing Forza 4 that Turn10 had the physics over GT, not that GT wasn't a sim game, or realistic in anyway, but the laser scanned tracks and the movement of the cockpit in Forza when driving down bumpy asphalt or bump curbs was winning my vote every time. I never owned horizon because it looked cheesy to me, I just didn't like the street racing aspect of that model. Forza 5- Guys, this is the latest model on a new high end system. Please do not compare current GT games to Forza 5. Thats like me turning on my PC rig, and showing you iRacing on full settings. It's just an unfair comparison. - As for costs, you have to take into account the amount of money it takes to have a SIM game evolve. I can also definitely GT charging for new models and updates also. It will happen, I can almost guarantee it. Unless you don't want any further developments ? This is a SIM game, along with GT. If you don't want to pay for updates, new cars/maps. Then stick with what you have. And that's it. Conclusion. As of RIGHT NOW, Forza 5 on XBOX ONE is the best SIM racing CONSOLE GAME on the market. The graphics, physics, sounds, detail, reflections, sun light, trees, bystanders... list goes on, but if you haven;t spend a few hours on F5 yet, I suggest you ask a friend because it's pretty immersive for a console game. I can only imagine GT working even harder now, to get the next model in place. That being said, we can't speculate anything until it becomes a reality. Forza is always updating and I'm sure it will improve as we go along. As for the fanboys on both ends, just give it up already. GT fanboys are mad that Forza is a step ahead when GT has been out longer. Forza fanboys are mad that the GT fanboys aren't showing F5 any love. Ok, well if the GT guys can't agree that Forza5 is a great game, then I'd rather them lose the experience and continue playing their old technology, that's fine by me.
