Fossil Hunting at Chippokes State Park @ Surry, Virginia : Campground, Farming Museum, Fossil Beach 

The weather was warmer than usual for winter time so me and the family headed out to Chippokes Plantation State Park to scout around Fossil Beach for some outdoor fun. Found a geo cache while we were there, kids had so much fun, and we all got away from the crazy going on in the world today. Chippokes is a state park in Surry, VA that has all kinds of eat attractions and a seasonal campground. This is an excellent activity to take the kids along on!
