The Foster's Home For Imaginary Friends float from the 2008 Macy*s Thanksgiving Day Parade on NBC. Contains a surprise that you either like or don't, lol.
In one move, he Rickrolled the entire nation. I don't know who's idea this was but props to him/her for that devious little sneak attack since it was undeniably clever.
Guys. Guys, no. He didn't rickroll the whole USA. He rickrolled the ENTIRE. HECKING. WORLD! And it was funny as heck! :-D Edit 2023: Removed child inappropriate language.
@@michaelbonner4126 I apologize for my previous comment, I didn't realise you were as young as you are. But yes, adults on the internet often say the F word. If you're concerned, you should ask your parents for recommendations on what other platforms to use that are targeted at kids. Be aware that "bad" language in general doesn't mean the person using it is bad, and that in some situations (as well as by older people) it can be appropriate to use, but children usually aren't that good at telling when that is because you just don't have enough practice - which is fine, nobody starts out being good at anything and these things take time to learn. That's why your parents probably don't want you using it at all. I do admit that in hindsight, the use of the F word in my original comment was a bit excessive, but I made it about 9 years ago when I was still a teenager. I didn't consider the possibility that children might see it but given the video is of a parade aimed at children, I really should have and I'm sorry for that. I will now edit the previous comments to not have the F word.
this is one of my favorite thanksgiving memories i remember watching the fosters home movie that night after thanksgiving dinner i also remember watching the cartoon network all day holiday special with the noods during this time i miss it so much
I just love how this whole bit took us all by surprise by starting off doing the theme song to "Courtship of Eddie's Father",then pulling off what I thought was just a mere RU-vid fad! Macy's Parade was Rick-Rolled!!!!
I forgot that happened!. I remembered the Fosters float...but I forgot about the Rick Roll! ...Thought...why do I remember Mac and Herriman being in this, as well. Ah well... I miss Fosters...;-;
This might just be the most leganadry thing I’ve ever witnessed. Holy heck. Not to mention it flooded back brief memories of seeing this on tv as a very young kid, I could have sworn I saw it for two years then never again in the parade in like kindergarten and first grade
I don't always love when Foster's Home for Imaginary Friends is on the 2006 Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade, the 2007 Macy's Thanksgiving Parade, and the 2008 Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade.
the foster gang reaction to Rick woud be like. Bloo: HEY!!! this guy totaly stole my spotlight!!!. Wilt: i am sorry, bloo but you got to admid its a relly cachy song. Eduardo: SI !!! i relly love esta cancion. Coco: cOOOOO co coco coco coco co co! (singing olong)
The Wilt puppet looks like he was heavily sedated before the show, the way he just stands there waving his arm around and rolling his head back and forth lazily. XD
Shoutout to 9-year-old Me, who wouldn’t learn about Rickrolling until well into middle school and thus couldn’t figure out why Some Guy interrupted the gang’s song 😂
Rick Rollin' at its best...btw, I loved the show Foster's Home for Imaginary Friends. #rickrolled #cartoonnetwork #comedy #fostershomeforimaginaryfriends
