In Dagenham, East London, a council sewage clean-up team, are out on the job…
Sewage worker Simon’s Sensei and regular partner, Terry, is taking some time off. So today Simon is paired up with Wild Bill.
The pair are tasked with finding a drain clogged with days’ worth of filth from an entire apartment block. Simon begins to wonder what’s more undesirable; sifting through layers of filth, or working with Bill.

2:48 -Bloody rules. In North America, they have right of trespass, meaning if its a utility, or an emergency they can hop the fence at their leisure and fix it, with or without your consent or participation...although, usually they do prefer to ask first.

I used to be an apartment building superintendent and we had the same rule about plumbing emergencies. You can't go into an apartment without first giving written notice the day before, but these were the exception.

The council paid that woman to come down and put a card through the door because they wont trust the litter pickers to be able to put a card through the door? What a complete waste of taxpayer money.
