That photo of you and your dog is beautiful!!! ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤ She loves you and takes away your pain. You are reinventing yourself. Your humor with the ‘stain movie’ is evidence you are ROCKING out hard… keep coming up with these ideas and you will conquer it all!
I think that red Chevy pick up truck would be perfect for you and actually you'll be able to bid a little bit more knowing it is going to be a personal vehicle and not a flip car or truck lol
Great to see an Australian car on the channel that G8 is a Holden Commodore here in Aus that one is definitely cammed & exhaust sounds bad ass they are common over here , daily drivers for most of us , I think the red Chevy truck is perfect for you if you can get it , easy repair & would clean up nice 👍🇦🇺
That Pontiac was cammed up fire sure. The downside with those Pontiacs are that body parts are hard to find, I need to be imported from Australia. So if you find them, they are expensive.
Mike that Silverado would make a great tow rig…hopefully you can get it cheap. The G8 sounds like it had a cam and possibly an exhaust or muffler delete. They have some get up and go with the 6L but as others have suggested difficult to find body panels for.
It sounds like the G8 is got a different cam in it Mike, I think that's why it's rumbling like that. Sounds gutsy though. The red Chevy truck sounds okay. 😎👌👍
I’m a ford and dodge tech that Chevy isn’t bad. Put a steel flat bed on it Pontiac is a frame shop candidate great video mike thanks and that ford isn’t done I’m telling you
The Silverado maybe a contender , the G8 sounds good , must be a cam. The Enclave might be worth it , great family hauler. Choice is what you make it , you go with it , cause it feels right. Just which one ?
Enjoy all your videos Mike, constructive criticism, please turn steering wheel so we can see, very frustrating when all we see is close up of steering wheel centre.
Friends of mine have a Buick Enclave that they have driven into the ground but it won’t die. Has around 200k. No major problems. Taught all three daughters to drive on it too.
Usually I Make Decisions On What I Think I'd Do,But It's Not My Cash Your Spending So I'll Keep My Big Mouth---->Thoughts Quiet To Not Spend Yours,But I Do Like The G-8 Sounds Strong & A Come Along Would Certainly Pull That Frontend Back In Place & I Recall Your Best Friend Gave You A Truck So You Can't Hurt His Feelings With A Shiny Red Newer One Can You,Thanks For Sharing Enjoyed It,GM.
In Texas (I looked it up) Copart salvage is fine, clean title requires using a Broker. IAA also requires the public to use a Broker for any purchases. Auction fees and Broker fees on tp of the purchase price would not make them affordable for me.............
Truck looks like a really easy fix...put a porta-power under that bed side, Jack 'er back up into place and you've got a work truck. Or find a take off bed to swap it out and you've got a nice cruiser/work truck.
There is a company in the US that imports Holden ute bodies. They keep the G8's identity and obtain permission for the alteration along the same lines of building a camper body onto a vehicle. You then have a legal L/H/D Holden utility.
Hello Mike Richard here . Sorry I did not get with you on telegram but I do mot have it. I enjoyed the red chevy truck. I think it would be good if you could get it for a good price . There is not much needing to be done on it. The ford that you have seems to be alot of work. But like I said before if you are making the views on the ford .it might be worth the time and headaches. But like I said before that is something you need to look at and then decide if it is worth the time and money. Thanks for all you do with these videos keep up the good work. And God bless you .
Love the Pontiac, and the fact it’s Australia 🇦🇺 made (straight from my country to yours hehe). I had the same car until Valentine’s Day, when it was Totalled due to rain/storm/flood. They’re a nice car, but very common in Australia. Loving your content Mike, stay with producing great content, and cheers from Aus to you and your partner in crime Randy!
At almost 290hp and 270ft lbs that enclave would tow quite a few toys which is what people do with them and still high teens or better mpg's while doing it. It'd be a good buy and resale stays high, apparently parts take awhile though, not sure why.
G'afternoon Mike ☕☕ 😀 . You scored big my friend & your right. There's something seriously Bada$$ going on with that G8. She sounds awesome and obviously has a nice aftermarket camshaft (probably Comp Cams) and aftermarket flowmaster dual exhaust. I'll bet she's pushing in the neighborhood of 425 - 450 horsepower. If possible jump on it. Somebody's already done the hard work and invested the money into it, capitalize on that shit all day long. Also jump on the Chevy truck, I promise you won't regret it & that vortec is almost bullet-proof. My 98' Chevy has a vortec and I love it 😀
Hey Mike, why did you quit carrying your jumper pack on your walk arounds? Just curious, since there have been several cars now you just gave up on because the batteries were dead.Love your videos , keep up the good work.
Hi Mike I think I'm more of a Ford person I've always had good luck with Ford's they seem like if they have a problem they always get me home where Chevy always seem to die wherever it had a problem and left you stranded at least in my 57 years of life I prefer my Ford's do I drive a Lincoln now same thing or less. I saw your video of you talking about Auto auction rebuilds with the blond and you looked very sophisticated in your suit you did the news quite well are you on the news in Tulsa?
Mike, the Pontiac GT is an Australian made VE Holden Commodore SSV. Parts are a dime a dozen over here because every boy racer had one. Biggest heaps of crap ever made.
You rarely come across G8 GTs anymore, looks like someone already spent the time and money to put a cam in it and a nice exhaust, would be a good fixer
That G8 is a prime candidate for a ute conversion if you buy a ute body from Australia. I do believe that you can import the body without the drivetrain..
I’m reading the comments now and obviously there’s a job for me, I’ve seen at least 3 parts G8s within 30 miles of where I live.. didn’t know anybody wanted them🙄
