I have the same freckles as you and I never thought about not doing the concealer triangle. I hate covering up the freckles on my undereyes, thank you I've been looking for this for a long time

This has helped me soooo much! I have a lot of freckles especially in the summer and I love wearing makeup and I look amazing with it but i feel it hides my freckles and i feel discolored when I see it peaking through my foundation, concealer, brush and contour. So this really opened my eyes thank you!
Wherever the sun has hit my body, I have freckles (face, chest, shoulders, arms) and I’m also pale. My freckles and skin tone was the one thing that got mentioned alllllllllll the time. People who are tan or no freckles would put their leg up to mine and be like “wOOOAHHHH” they weren’t trying to be mean but it conditioned me to become insecure about my skin tone and freckles. Nowadays it’s seen as beautiful! Wish people felt that way when I was growing up.

Honestly, you look better without the foundation. Or to be more correct you don’t look any different with or without the foundation because you’re so pretty. I would just skip the step and money and go natural girl

Thank you, it was so helpful! You had makeup on at first, but I'm wondering if I should do the eyes (eye shadow, mascara) before the foundation + concealer or if I should do it after. I just learned that concealer should be put after the foundation and I'm 30 so.... I'm really not too good at makeup, I never had a liking to it, but every single time I spend 5 minutes to put on BB cream (I have freckles too and I like how thin and light it is) and mascara, I get compliments. I'd like to know more about makeup and get better. So, yeah, the eyes : when should we do them? And the brows?

I realize this video is 2 years old, but I just found it and so happy i did. Im covered in freckles as well and i NEVER wear foundation bc of that. I usually just use powder. And i always found that using foundation covered my freckles but not in a natural way... Like you could still see shadows of them. And then my chest and arms still have freckles so it just looked odd. Lol. Definitely will try using light layers and see how it works. Any other foundations you can recommend for us freckled gals? Or do you stick with a specific type, like a light/med coverage?
I am a 24 year old, freckled, redheaded woman. I spent my whole life beingthe ugly, freckled, overweight redhead girl. I only started wearing makeup at age 18, and only eyes. I decided to learn how to wear foundation too and love my freckles. I found this video about 2 weeks ago. Watched it about 6 times, and now about $150 of drugstore makeup and 3 practices later and I am the prettiest SUPER freckled redhead for miles! 😂😂 Thank you!

I have freckles and stopped wearing makeup except on my eyes and lips sometimes in my teens because I found every product made my freckles less prominent and even if other people liked that when I looked in the mirror I always felt like I looked sickly. The freckles are my body's way of adding life to my face, without it I felt like I needed to add something to look alive. So I learned to take care of my skin and live with the occasional redness/pimple cause makeup is supposed to make you feel good about yourself so what's the point if you don't like how you look?

In our country it's not usual or normal to have freckles so I've had a hard time dealing with unwanted comments with the people around me.. So I tried searching make ups that could cover them up but at the end of the day the freckles would still show so I wasn't really happy with my physical look.. There's even a time that I'm hating sun for it is more visible during summer.. You know Philippines has numbers of beautiful beaches and I love swimming but I prefer it during night to avoid sun. Sometimes when I think of the question "when do you feel most ugly?" I could answer my mind "when swimming during summer" :( I know you guys know that when you swim you'll really see your freckles visible and so I feel so ugly. Thankfully I'm starting to like it now but still not totally I hope to be as confident as you guys..

Holy shit you're so beautiful I really needed this!! I find it impossible to find the right products so I end up just moisturizing and using highlighter because everything I've found is too opaque to use on my freckles.
