Between the Tabernacle, Olmec, and El Gueguense I've never had a miss from Foundation. Absolutely love em. Excited to try the new My Father-made Wiseman.
One of the best cigars I have smoked. Usually the final 1/3 on cigars is not my favorite, but this one crescendos into amazingness! I have never had a Foundation I didn’t like!
I just started smoking cigars and already building a small collection of my own and just recently bought some off of your website! Can't wait to try them when they come in!
Had one of these a few weeks back, and it's definitely a good stick for my taste. Had it with club soda so I could taste it by itself. Had a little bit different experience myself light up for me is where the spice hit me first made my eyes water but then after that it mellowed out a little and was a great smoke all the way to the end. Definitely leather and chocolate, which I love.
Have not yet tried the Olmec. But wanted to leave a comment on the Perdomo video that I just watched, great timing as I am currently smoking my first Perdomo Habano, what a great cigar. My next cigar today will be the Perdomo Imenso, expect it to be great as well, thanks Tim and please give Mr. Perdomo my thanks and appreciation for a fantastic product.
The Olmec are so good! I smoke a few in Vegas. Saw you there as well, but I was talking to the guys at La Palina at the moment. Coming all the way from Norway, it would be great to say hi, but I couldn’t be rude to the guy I was with at the moment😅👍
Only be smoking 7mo. Not sure i am ready for that beast. Never smoked cigarettes 🤮 but love cigars. Go figure. Thanks for the review. Always looking for a great Maduro smokes. Keep em lit🔥🔥
Never Had a bad Cigar from Foundation including the Olmec. The Tabernacle is my absolute Favorite. The Tabernacle is one of few cigars regularly buy boxes of.
Had the Olmec claro wrap version in a double corona vitola. It was ok I guess...didn't really do much for me. I think the maduro wrap is where it's at with this blend. I'll have to revisit it.
Am I weird. I've tasted a few different cigars. Once I smoked La Aroma de cuba mi amor; I don't prefer to experiment further. When I do smoke another, they are severely lacking!?
As you grow in your palette and understanding of cigars you will want to try more but for now stick with what you love. I think that is a common stage in cigar journeys
Though I think many people stay in that stage and choose to savor what they know they love rather than explore and there's nothing wrong with that, it may even be preferable insofar as you will not suffer through as many unpleasant cigars and don't have that always greener on the other side mentality that motivates perpetual cigar seekers like myself
If there was anyone that should be an “ash staying” tester, it should be Tim. He’s throwing the thing around and the ash stays but I move half an inch and it’s in my lap. I just don’t get it.
If you have cigar bands piled up somewhere, reply to this message. I use bands to make things and I'm running low. I'll happily take the unused bands off your hands. If i get enough bands from you, I'll send you a free gift!!
Tim, my only issue with your reviews is you never tell us you don’t like a cigar. I get it, you’re in the business of selling sticks, but a little realness goes a long way.
I have been a fan of the channel. I have to say disappointed with you Tim. Disappointed because of your non response to Brands passing. When you did respond it just seemed like you had to be reminded. For someone who claims to be a follower of Christ your language just does not show it. Other channels have given the respect to Brad but your channel sadly seems to be getting more based on $. Wish you the best and hope to meet you in person one day to share my concerns of what I see as a Pastor myself. God bless
I have been smoking for almost a year, it takes time for sure. What is in your rotation? Is there anything that you smoke more often? At the beginning for sure you can understand what is pleasant to you. I didn't like strong spice, and for sure bitterness and acidity. Then to build palate you have to try different things, maybe even from the same brand that offers different wrappers, like la aroma, ashton or oliva.
@francescoaccomando7781 I've smoked perdoma, oliva,Ashton, Arturo. Sorry if I misspelled any names still new but a little bit of everything I watch from video reviews and such. So im trying different things.
I didn’t know you had to be a member of pca to go to the tradeshow!! How do you become a member for just an average joe like me? Is it worth it? @cigarsdaily
