Aaron is a pioneering manual therapist and movement coach, founder and creator of the Align Method, author of the Align Method book, and host of the Align Podcast, which has ranked #1 in Nutrition on Apple Podcasts.
Aaron has worked with some of world’s greatest professional athletes, performers, celebrities, and everyone in between, to relieve pain while creating greater strength, flexibility, and ease in their mind and body.

I'm a retired Olympic lifter. I wish I knew this stuff 20-30 years ago. But, I will study now! I need of lots of expansive corrections.

Both of you guys have been a massive help and influence on me in terms of figuring out ‘the rubiks cube’ of my body as you put it. Aron, you are using your big toes instead of the ball of your foot! And many people probably will. If you lift your toes every once in a while, you can get a feeling of ball of the big toe. I love Erics work and his way to explain. I include more relaxation and posas into the poses, he was an eye opener for back structure activation for me. And I enjoy that he is one of the few also using diaphragmatic breathing to the back. Inspiring to her how he explains it. I feel less alone... And Eric, I love your Charisma, you have it your way!!!! I would so muh love to work with you guys. Would be a lot on inspiration going back and forth.

I was introduced to you through Tom's Channel with Impact Theory. Loving this content. All my students know when they come to my yoga class I'll trying to blend all different types of movement from ELDOA, Pete Egoscue, deep tissue release to facial work to repattern the body.
